Penyakit persedian di Jawa Barat sebesar 32,1% (Riskesdas, 2013). Insiden tertinggi nyeri sendi dialami oleh lanjut usia. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan nyeri sendi pada lansia di kelurahan Curug Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia dengan nyeri sendi berjumlah 151 lansia. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji proporsional frekuensi, chi-square dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan nyeri sendi pada lansia (pvalue < 0,05). Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perawat mengoptimalkan kemampuan keluarga dalam mendukung lansia mengatasi nyeri sendi.

ABSTRACT
Pain is a major problem in the elderly with impaired muskuloskletal the management of this disease focuses on efforts to reduce or the levels of alleviate pain by family support. The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between family support with joint pain in the elderly. This research is a consisted of quantitative study with cross sectional method. Respondents in this study 151 elderly respondents with joint pain. The sampling method in this study was a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that older age groups were at of joint pain 2,329 times greater than the older age groups the end, after being controlled by a variable instrumental support and emotional support. Whereas the variables that affect the joint pain was’s elderly age. The study recommends the need for collaboration across programs and across sectors to create programs to prevent and reduce joint pain in the elderlus.
