Karya akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi bersaing terbaik bagi Nusantara Motor pada industri reparasi sepeda motor di Kelurahan Cijantung. Opsi strategi yang dapat dipilih adalah cost-leadership dan diferensiasi. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan eksplorasi. Berdasarkan analisis, Nusantara Motor lebih cocok untuk menerapkan strategi diferensiasi. Sumber daya dan kemampuan yang dimiliki, karakter produk, dan kondisi persaingan yang terjadi, menyebabkan peluang strategi diferensiasi lebih cocok untuk diterapkan dibanding strategi cost-leadership. Kemudian untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari keunggulan yang dimiliki, Nusantara Motor dapat menerapkan strategi volume.

ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to determine the best competitive strategy for Nusantara Motor on a motorcycle repair industry in Sub Cijantung. Options that can be selected strategy is cost leadership and differentiation. The method applied in this study is the observation and exploration. Based on the analysis, Nusantara Motor better suited to implement the strategies of differentiation. Resources and capabilities, character products, and competitive conditions that occur, causing differentiation strategy is more suitable opportunity to apply than a cost leadership strategy. Then, in order to acquire profit from benefit advantages, Nusantara Motor can apply volume strategy.

Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tentang pasukan kontra-gerilya Korps Marechaussee Te Voet pada masa Perang Kolonial Belanda di Aceh. Berawal dari keinginan Belanda untuk menguasai wilayah Kesultanan Aceh. Niat tersebut gagal dilaksanakan pada serangan pertama. Kemudian, pada serangan berikutnya Belanda berhasil mendapatkan posisi di Aceh. Karena kuatnya perlawanan masyarakat Aceh yang menggunakan strategi gerilya, Belanda kesulitan untuk memperluas kekuasaannya dan terpaksa menerapkan strategi bertahan di Aceh. Namun, adanya strategi ini membuat Belanda hanya mampu bertahan dari serangan pasukan Aceh tanpa mampu melakukan perluasan wilayah. Untuk itu, pemerintah kolonial Hindia Belanda membentuk suatu pasukan dengan strategi kontra-gerilya bernama Korps Marechaussee Te Voet yang bertugas untuk melawan strategi gerilya pasukan Aceh. Dalam perkembangannya, Korps Marechaussee Te Voet muncul sebagai pasukan yang diandalkan oleh Pemerintah Kolonial untuk melakukan operasi militer melawan pasukan gerilya Aceh. ...... The aim of this thesis is to analyze the use of the counter-insurgency force Korps Marechaussee Te Voet during the Dutch Colonial Wars in Aceh. The history began when the Dutch had desired to conquer the Sultanate of Aceh, but the intention was not succeed in the first attack. After the second invasion, the Dutch finally took control of Aceh. As the form of Aceh people?s defense against the Dutch which used the guerrilla strategy was strong, such condition got the Dutch difficult to mount the invasion there causing them to build the protection/strategy defensible. However, the strategy made the Dutch only capable of withstanding the Aceh forces without any capacities to expand their territory. To end the condition, the Colonial Government formed an army with counter-insurgency strategy called Korps Marechaussee Te Voet which designed to fight Aceh guerrilla tactics. In conclusion, the Korps Marechaussee Te Voet emerges as a reliable force built by the colonial government to conduct military operations against guerrilla forces in Ace.
