"ABSTRAKOSA dapat memperberat komplikasi CAD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan risiko terjadinya OSA pada pasien CAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional. Responden berjumlah 161 orang. Pengukuran risiko OSA menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, IMT, hipertensi, diabetes melitus, lingkar leher dan lingkar perut dengan risiko terjadinya OSA, sedangkan umur dan dislipidemia tidak berhubungan. Faktor yang paling berhubungan adalah IMT, Diabetes Melitus dan lingkar perut. Rekomendasi: Deteksi dini risiko terjadinya OSA sangat diperlukan bagi pasien CAD.

ABSTRACTOSA can give complicated burdens on CAD. This research aimed at indentifying factors which relate to risks of the occurrence of OSA on patients with CAD. This research employed Cross Sectional Design. The total of respondents were 161 respondents. The measurement of OSA risks was conducted using questionnaires. The result of data analyse identified that there is a significant correlation among sex, history of family, IMT, hypertension, Diabetic mellitus, circle of neck and belly with the risks of OSA occurrence, whereas, the age and dislipidemia do not have correlation with the evidence of OSA. The most significant correlated factors are IMT, Diabetic mellitus and the circle of belly. Recommendation reveals that screening on the risks of OSA occurrence is needed for CAD patients."

"Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini merupakan analisis dari seluruh kegiatan praktik residensi Ners Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi penerapan model The Dynamic Nurse-Patient Relationship Ida Jean Orlando dalam asuhan keperawatan pasien gangguan sistem kardiovaskular, penerapan praktik keperawatan berdasarkan pembuktian dan melakukan inovasi keperawatan. Pengkajian pasien pada model The Dynamic Nurse-Patient Relationship Ida Jean Orlando berfokus kepada kebutuhan pasien, apabila kebutuhan dipenuhi maka stres berkurang dan akan mendorong pencapaian kesehatan yang optimal. Tugas perawat adalah menemukan kebutuhan pasien yang tidak terpenuhi. Metaparadigmanya hanya ada tiga yaitu human, kesehatan dan keperawatan. Elemen proses keperawatan terdiri dari tiga elemen yaitu perilaku manusia, reaksi perawat dan tindakan keperawatan. Praktik keperawatan berdasarkan pembuktian yang dilakukan adalah massage untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post operasi jantung. Pelaksanaan inovasi keperawatan berupa penyusunan formulir pengkajian keperawatan, identifikasi masalah dan rencana tindak lanjut pasien dengan gangguan kardiovaskular di unit rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta.

The activities included the implementation of The Dynamic Nurse-Patient Relationship Ida Jean Orlando Model in as the treatment for patients who suffer the cardiovascular system disturbances, the implementation of nursing practice based on evidence and innovation on nursing, the review on patients of model The Dynamic Nurse-Patient Relationship Ida Jean Orlando which focuses on patient' needs, if the needs can be fulfilled, the stress is decreased and can support the achievement of an optimal health.

The job of nurse is to find out the patient's unfulfilled needs. The meta-paradigm has only three elements namely human, health and nursing. The elements of nursing process consists of three elements namely human behaviour, nurse’s reaction and nursing action. Nursing practice based on the verification which was done namely massage to decrease pains for cardiac postoperation patients. The implementation of innovation on nursing is the arrangement of forms for nursing studies: assesment and follow up action for patients with cardiac disturbances at Out-Patient Unit of National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita Jakarta."
