"Perjanjian bisnis dalam bidang kawasan wisata dapat dibuat dan dilaksanakan oleh pihak-pihak terkait dalam bisnis tersebut. Dalam menyusun perjanjian bisnis pengembangan kawasan wisata harus dipahami karateristik tersendiri yang berbeda dengan bisnis properti lainnya. Potensi pariwisata yang beraneka ragam berupa panorama alam, budaya, adat-istiadat dan wisata alam lainnya. Perjanjian bisnis pengembangan kawasan wisata harus meperhatikan karateristik yang dimiliki bisnis tersebut yaitu antara lain padat modal, padat tenaga kerja, berjangka waktu menengah-panjang, dan mencakup luas tanah ratusan hektar. Selain itu dengan munculnya trend pengembangan kawasan wisata yang memiliki berbagai kawasan lain selain kawasn wisata. Hal itu dimunginkan dengan adanya kawasan hunian (residential), kawasan bisnis (central business district), yang dibangun secara terpadu seperti yang dijumpai pada berbagai kawasan wisata yang telah dan sedang dikembangkan di Pulau Bintan Riau, Nusa Dua Bali, Tanjung Lesung, dan lain-lain. Bagi konsultan hukum atau biro-biro hukum yang terkait dengan isnis tersebut khususnya pemerintah dareha kota/kabupaten dalam era otonomi daerah merupakan tantangan baru. Para lawyers tersebut harus juga memahami komplesitas manajemen terpadu yang mengelola kawasan terpadu dalam kawasan pariwisata selain aspek-aspek hukum yang telah mereka miliki selama ini."

Viewed from the current lending practices, there is a difficulty on the part of the Fiduciary Guarantee to conduct the fiduciary execution if the Fiduciary Grantor defaults since in fact the goods being a fiduciary object are still in the possession of the Fiduciary Grantor or Debtor, then in line with the provisions of article 1977 of the Indonesian Civil Code, known as the principle of bezit geldt als volkomen titel."

"Many international covenants and constitutions have recognized housing and shelter needs as one of many human right aspects. This paper intends to clarify the particular issues relating to paragraph 19 of the United Nations Millennium Declaration, on resolving city slum problems. The Declaration has also embedded initiative to achieve a significant improvement in the lives of at least 100 million slum dwellers as proposed in the ?Cities without Slums? by 2020. In the local perspectives, based on existing regulations analysis, the Special Region (DKI) of Jakarta has many problems on forthcoming implementation. Vertical land utilization model by way of storey houses development becomes an alternative to settle the demographic and housing problems. More legal research needs to be conducted to find the best effective national policy in the future. Urban land use, proposed as starting points, will be able to explore how to provide and undertake vertical land utilization and city planning to resolve city slums problems by providing both housing needs and city attractiveness as an integrated planning."
