ABSTRACTThis literature review is discuss about one of the program from BPJS Kesehatan, Back Referral Program. The purpose of this paper is to find out about the theory of Back Referral Program and the implementation in real life. The model of this paper is descriptive. The result of this paper is comparing the theory with the real life, about the process is similar to the theory or different witn the theory and the output is hit the target minimum or not."
