"Manusia akan mati suatu hari, dan akan meninggalkan warisan bagi ahli warisnya. Cara pembagian harta warisan ini beraneka ragam, dapat ditentukan dari agama, suku, golongan penduduk, atau kewarganegaraan si pewaris. Yang dapat menjadi ahli waris bukan hanya anggota keluarga si pewaris, orang yang bukan merupakan anggota keluarga si pewaris juga dapat menjadi ahli waris apabila si pewaris membuat surat wasiat yang menyatakan demikian. Penulis menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dalam tulisan ini. Kesimpulannya adalah menurut Hukum Antar Tata Hukum Intern dan Hukum Antar Tata Hukum Ekstern, pewarisan diatur oleh hukum waris si pewaris.

In this thesis, the writer uses juridical normative research metode. The conclusion is, in inheritance cases involving Law Between Law, we uses the inheritance law of the deceased."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas kegiatan business coaching pada PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera yang merupakan UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang manufakur, berdomisili di daerah Jababeka ndash; Cikarang. Produk utama yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera adalah komponen suku cadang untuk kendaraan bermotor, baik itu roda empat ataupun roda dua. Permasalahan yang menjadi topik utama dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah kondisi Sumber Daya Manusia SDM yang masih belum berjalan dengan optimal. Salah satu masalah yang ada di dalam pengelolaan SDM PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera adalah belum adanya sistem target dan insentif. Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk membantu perusahaan merancang sistem target dan insentif dengan harapan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat membantu SDM PT. ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the business coaching activities on PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera, a Small and Medium Enterprise SME which operates in the manufacturing industry, located in Jababeka ndash Cikarang area. The main products offered by PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera are the components for parts of vehicle, two wheeled or four wheeled. The main problem that also became the main topic of this thesis is the condition of Human Resources HR which have not worked optimally. One of the problems that exist in the HR management is there is no target and incentive system. The purpose of this thesis is to help PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera to design a target and incentive system in order to increase the productivity and efficiency of its human resources. "
