"ABSTRAKKecemasan merupakan masalah yang sering dialami pasien sebelum angiografikoroner. Intervensi yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasansebelum angiografi koroner yaitu pemberian terapi komplementer dan alternatif.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi pengaruh aromaterapi lavenderterhadap tingkat kecemasan, tekanan darah sistolik, tekanan darah diastolik,frekuensi nadi, dan frekuensi napas pada pasien angiografi koroner. Desainpenelitian quasi eksperimen pretest posttest with control group. Metode pemilihansampel menggunakan consecutive sampling dengan jumlah 36 responden, dibagimenjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Kelompok intervensi diberikanaromaterapi lavender, sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberikan intervensi standarrumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kedua kelompok terjadipenurunan yang bermakna (p < 0,05; α 0.05) pada skor kecemasan, frekuensinadi, dan frekuensi napas. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antarakelompok intervensi dan kontrol setelah diberikan intervensi, namun kelompokintervensi menunjukkan selisih rerata lebih besar dibanding kelompok kontrol.Aromaterapi lavender direkomendasikan sebagai terapi untuk menurunkan tingkatkecemasan pasien angiografi koroner dengan memperhatikan faktor eksternalketika aromaterapi lavender diberikan.

ABSTRACTAnxiety is frequent problem in patients undergoing coronary angiography.Intervention that can be used to reduce anxiety levels before coronaryangiography is complementary and alternative therapy. The purpose of this studywas to identified the effect of lavender aromatherapy towards anxiety level,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rateof coronary angiography patient. Study design was quasi experiment with pretestposttest control group. The sample selection used consecutive sampling methodwith 36 respondents, divided into intervention and control group. The interventiongroup was given lavender aromatherapy, while the control group with standardhospital intervention. The results suggest that in both group there was asignificant effect (p < 0,05; α 0.05) towards anxiety level, heart rate, andrespiratory rate. There was no significant difference between intervention andcontrol group after intervention, but the intervention group showed higher meandifference than control group. Lavender aromatherapy is recommended as one oftherapy to reduce anxiety levels of coronary angiography patient by consideringthe external factors when lavender aromatherapy has given."

Proyek inovasi juga dilakukan sebagai perwujudan peran sebagai inovator yaitu melalui pelaksanaan proyek inovasi berupa penyusunan panduan budaya keselamatan pasien menggunakan kuisioner. ......The clinical practice of medical surgical nursing residency in patients with cardiovascular system disorders aims to implement the role of specialist nurse as care provider, educator, researcher, and innovator. The role of nursing care providers is have been done using the Roy Adaptation Model Theory approach in ADHF Acute Decompensated Heart Failure patients as well as 30 other patients with various other cardiovascular system disorders. The role of educator is performed by specialist nurses on patients as well as colleagues in hospital service arrangements.
