Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi wisata budaya Museum Majapahit dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah kunjungan ke Museum Majapahit. Penilaian ekonomi terhadap Museum Majapahit ini menggunakan data primer hasil survei terhadap 181 pengunjung dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Travel Cost Method (TCM) untuk mengestimasi willingness to pay (WTP) dan valuasi ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Poisson Regression (PR), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai ekonomi wisata budaya Museum Majapahit mempunyai potensi nilai sebesar Rp. 92.045.361,- (pada OLS) dan Rp. 174.943.226,- (pada PR) apabila WTP pengunjung yaitu Rp. 2.046,18,- (pada OLS) dan Rp. 3.889,01,- (pada PR). Namun, tiket masuk yang diterapkan saat ini adalah Rp. 5.000,-. sehingga, WTP berada dibawah tarif resmi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan wisatawan adalah biaya perjalanan, zona, dan lokasi substitusi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan sebaiknya untuk beberapa tahun ke depan tiket masuk museum tidak dinaikkan.

This study aims to estimate the economic value of cultural tourism of Majapahit Museum, and analyze factors that influencing visitor's number of Majapahit Museum. The economic valuation uses primary data from 181 respondents, and apllies The Travel Cost Method (TCM) to estimate willingness to pay (WTP) and economic valuation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment terhadap extra role performance dengan mediasi organizational commitment pada karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 280 karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Model penelitian menggunakan 7 hipotesis yang diuji oleh Structural Equation Modeling SEM .Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap extra role performance. Organizational commitment memediasi hubungan antara leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment dengan extra role performance.Kata kunci: leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment, extra role performance, organizational commitment.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know the impact between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, and psychological empowerment on extra role performance mediated by organizational commitment of Indonesian employee at Embassy X. This study using 280 respondents of Indonesian employees at Embassy X and Structural Equation Model SEM method is used for analyzing data.The results declare that organizational commitment is positively related to extra role performance and acts as mediator between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment and extra role performance.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penggambaran fungsi perpustakaan sekolah dalam shoujo manga terbitan MnC Comics 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisi isi kuantitatif dengan mengidentifikasi representasi fungsi perpustakaan sekolah berdasarkan kegiatan siswa di perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fungsi perpustakaan sekolah paling banyak direpresentasikan sebagai fungsi rekreatif (59%) dan yang paling kecil adalah fungsi tanggung jawab administratif (10%). Representasi fungsi perpustakaan sekolah tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah merupakan tempat di mana segala macam interaksi dapat dilakukan oleh siswa. Manga sebagai novel fiktif yang bersifat menghibur umumnya dibuat berdasarkan pengalaman keseharian sehingga dapat menggambarkan kondisi siswa di Jepang dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan sekolah.

ABSTRACT
This research explains about representation the functions of school libraries in shoujo manga which was published by MnC Comics 2011. This research uses quantitative content analysis to calculate the activities of the characters in school libraries based on certain characteristics to be classified according to the functions of school libraries. The result of research shows that the functions of school libraries is the most representated as recreation function (59%) and the smallest is the administratitive responsibilty function (10%). The representation functions of school libraries show that the school library is a place where every kind of interactions can be done by student. Manga as a fiction novel which is entertaining generally made base on daily experience so that can describe the condition of students in Japan whom using school libraries.
