"Human Immunodeficiency Virus merupakan virus yang merusak sistem kekebalan tubuh dengan menginfeksi dan menghancurkan sel CD4 menyebabkan daya tahan tubuh semakin melemah dan rentan diserang berbagai penyakit. Puskesmas Bogor Timur merupakan puskesmas tertinggi angka kasus HIV oleh kelompok LSL. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara di Puskesmas Bogor Timur, terdapat LSL yang tidak menggunakan kondom saat berhubungan seks, ditemukan LSL yang sudah positif HIV namun masih berganti-ganti pasangan, terdapat LSL yang berpendidikan Diploma III tidak menggunakan kondom saat berhubungan seks, terdapat LSL dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA sudah memiliki istri namun menggunakan kondom saat berhubungan seks dengan LSL.Tujuan:mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan HIV/AIDS dengan perilaku seksual berisiko.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 88 responden yang diambil dengan melalui teknik snowball, menggunakan analisis univariate dan bivariate.Hasil:Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan HIV/AIDS dengan perilaku seksual berisiko pada kelompok LSL dengan nilai p=0,000 (a=0,05).

East Bogor Community Health Center is the community health center with the highest number of HIV cases among MSM groups. Based on the results of interviews at the East Bogor Community Health Center, there were MSM who did not use condoms when having sex, there were MSM who were HIV positive but still changed partners, there were MSM with a Diploma III education who did not use condoms when having sex, there were MSM with a high school education.Already has a wife but uses condoms when having sex with MSM.Objective: to find out the relationship between HIV/AIDS knowledge and risky sexual behavior.The research sample consisted of 88 respondents taken using the snowball technique, using univariate and bivariate analysis.Results: There was a relationship between HIV knowledge /AIDS with risky sexual behavior in the MSM group with p value = 0.000 (a = 0.05)"

"Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat, tahun 2022 rasio beban ketergantungan penduduk lansia di Indonesia mencapai 16,09 poin, Hal itu berarti 100 penduduk usia produktif di Indonesia harus menanggung 16 orang lansia. Nilai-nilai etika: berbakti pada orangtua dan perwujudan dalam bentuk perawatan dan perhatian terhadap lansia terkikis oleh tuntutan karir dan gaya hidup kaum yang lebih muda; akibat dari ketidakmampuan anggota keluarga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan tersebut mendorong mereka untuk membawa lansia ke STW. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan risiko kesepian menggunakan intervensi mendengar aktif. Hasil: Evaluasi dengan menggunakan kueioner UCLA pada ketiga klien menunjukkan penurunan skor. Penurunan skor terjadi pada ketiga klien, pada Nenek H setelah dilakukan intervensi terjadi penurunan skor sebanyak 29 poin (59 ke 30), pada Nenek Mr setelah intervensi terjadi penurunan skor 10 poin (38 ke 28) dan pada Kakek S terjadi penurunan skor 14 poin (48 ke 34).

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that in 2022 the dependency ratio for the elderly population in Indonesia will reach 16.09 points. This means that 100 people of productive age in Indonesia will have to support 16 elderly people. Ethical values: filial piety to parents and its manifestation in the form of care and attention to the elderly are eroded by the career demands and lifestyles of younger people; the result of the inability of family members to meet these needs encourages them to take the elderly to STW. The aim of this research is to explain nursing care for elderly people at risk of loneliness using active listening intervention. Results: Evaluation using the UCLA questionnaire on the three clients showed a decrease in scores. A decrease in scores occurred in all three clients, for Grandma H after the intervention there was a decrease in score of 29 points (59 to 30), for Grandma Mr after the intervention there was a decrease in score of 10 points (38 to 28) and for Grandpa S there was a decrease in score of 14 points ( 48 to 34)."
