"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode word building yangdiberikan melalui intervensi pada anak slow learner usia 7-8 tahun efektifmeningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Metode word building merupakan metodeuntuk mengajarkan hubungan huruf-suara. Aplikasi metode ini menggunakankartu-kartu huruf yang disusun menjadi kata. Aktivitas di dalam metode ini,memberi kesempatan kepada anak untuk melihat secara langsung bahwapengubahan satu huruf di dalam satu kata dapat menghasilkan kata baru.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian the-before-and-after-study designatau dikenal juga dengan sebutan pre-test/post-test design. Analisis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan gabungan dari metode kualitatif dankuantitatif, dengan menggunakan t-test dan hasil observasi. Hasil perhitunganstatistik menunjukkan kemampuan membaca responden mengalami peningkatanwalaupun tidak signifikan.

ABSTRACTThe purposes of this research is to determine whether a word building methodthat given through intervention in slow learner children age 7-8 years old,effectively improve reading ability. Word building is a method to teach lettersound.Application of this method is using letter cards that arranged into a word.Activity in this method is giving children opportunities to experience the effects ona word of changing one letter. The-before-and-after-study design or known aspre-test/post-test design is used in this research. This research using quantitativeand qualitative for data analysis: t-test and observation. The result indicates thatthere is an improvement reading ability, before and after intervention, althoughnot significant."

Those cases had received a wide attention from the public especially the bribing case of Urip Tri Gunawan as the public prosecutor by Artalyta Suryani. This research focused its attention toward the vulnerability of the Attorney General Office toward corruption. The problem analysis using triangle theory which used as analyzing tools has three main element: offender, suitable target and uncapable guardian. This research used a qualitative method which put forth by doing interview, observation and collecting secondary data. The findings was that the Attorney General Office vulnerability toward corruption link with its internal control which in turn caused the Attorney General Office to be a suitable target and also uncapable guardian"
