Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan di perpustakaan berdasarkan harapan dan persepsi pengguna. Penelitian dilakukan pada Perpustakaan IAIN Sultan Maulanan Hasanuddin Banten. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 20 dosen di IAIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Metode pengukuran yang dilakukan adalah Libqual +TM, yaitu metode pengukuran kualitas layanan perpustakaan berdasarkan harapan dan persepsi pengguna. Empat variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini, yaitu (1) access to information (2) affect of service, (3) personal control, (4) library as place. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa layanan Perpustakaan IAIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten secara umum belum memuaskan responden. Hal ini terlihat dari kesenjangan (gap) antara harapan minimum dan persepsi responden adalah -1,46 yang menunjukan bahwa adequacy gap berada dibawah batas toleransi (zone of tolerance). Sedangkan berdasarkan jenis layanan di perpustakaan, layanan sirkulasi memiliki adequacy gap -1.33, layanan internet -1,46 dan layanan referensi memiliki adequacy gap -1,57. Jadi seluruh jenis layanan yang ada di Perpustakaan IAIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten belum memuaskan responden. Aspek yang memerlukan perbaikan mendesak diantaranya adalah: (a) Fasililtas fisik perpustakaan, seperti meja, bangku, rak buku, AC dan kesediaan listrik yang memadai, baik untuk layanan referensi, sirkulasi maupun layanan internet (b) Jumlah komputer untuk layanan internet yang kurang memadai (c) Koleksi buku dan majalah yang kurang memadai, terutama koleksi referensi dan buku-buku terbitan terbaru (d) Tidak tersedianya ruang khusus diskusi yang nyaman (e) Kemampuan dan jumlah petugas yang masih terbatas dalam melayani pengguna, terutama dalam hal mengevaluasi informasi dan mencari informasi di internet (f) Kurangnya petunjuk yang memudahkan pengguna untuk menemukan informasi yang dicari. ......The objective of this research is to measure the quality of library service in library based on expectation and user's perceived. This research was conducted in the Library of IAIN Sultan Maulan Hasanuddin Banten. Libqual +TM method was used that is quality of library service measurement based on user's expectation and user's perceived. There are for measured variables in this research those are (1) access to information (2) affect of service, (3) personal control, (4) library of place. The result shows that the quality of library service of IAIN Sultan Maulan Hasanuddin Banten is not satisfied the users. It shows from there is a gap between minimum expectation and their perceived about -1.46 and it means that adequacy gap is under zone of tolerance. Meanwhile, based on the service category in the library the adequacy gap of circulation service is -1.33, internet services is -1.46 and the adequacy gap of reference service is -1.57. So, for all service categories in the Library of IAIN Sultan Maulan Hasanuddin Banten were not satisfied to the users. From those findings, there are several aspect that still need improvement in meeting the users' demand including (a) library physical facility as table, desk, and bookcase, AC and sufficient electric for all reference services, circulation and internet services, (b) lack of computers in internet services, (c) book and magazine collections particularly for reference collections and the recent publication, (d) there is no particular comfortable space for discussion, (e) lack of staffs and their ability in giving service to the users, particularly in doing evaluation of the information and information searching on the internet, (f) lack of information direction to the user in searching the information needed.

Abstrak :
Fotoproduksi Eta-Meson menggunakan partikel Gamma untuk mencari Gamma yang terhambur. Kanal yang digunakan adalah kanal-s dan kanal-u. Nilai yang dicari adalah nilai Penampang Lintang Diferensial, nilai Penampang Lintang Diferensial total dan nilai Polarisasi dari Fotoproduksi Eta-Meson dengan menggunakan Model Isobar. Variasi energi yang dipakai adalah 800 MeV, 1000 MeV, dan 1200 MeV. Lalu digunakan Amplitudo CGLN untuk mecari Amplitudo Kuadrat. Setelah itu memplot grafik antara Penampang Lintang Differensial dengan Sudut Hambur, Penampang Lintang Differensial Total dengan Sudut Hambur, dan Polarisasi dengan Sudut Hambur. Digunakan juga Faktor Bentuk untuk mendapatkan nilai yang lebih akurat.

Skripsi ini membahas tinjauan yuridis tanggung jawab agen perjalanan sebagai pelaku usaha yaitu GMT Tour Travel dalam hal terjadi kerugian yang dialami oleh konsumen yaitu M. Yahya Arwiyah yang melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui pihak GMT Tour Travel, tetapi tiket yang dibeli terdapat kesalahan nama dan tujuan penerbangan. Tinjauan ini dilakukan untuk menentukan bahwa agen harus agen harus bertanggung jawab terhadap kerugian yang timbul atau prinsipalnya yang harus ikut bertanggung jawab, sebagaimana ketentuan dalam Pasal 19 Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen.

ABSTRACT
This thesis describes the legal review of travel agent 39 s responsibility as a business actor that is GMT Tour Travel in the event of loss experienced by the consumer that is M. Yahya Arwiyah who purchased airfare through GMT Tour Travel, but the ticket purchased there got error in name and destination. This review is undertaken to determine that the agent must responsible for any losses incurred or the principal to be held accountable, as provided for in Article 19 of Law number 8 year 1999 on Consumer Protection.

Abstrak :
Zakat has an important position In Islam. It becomes religion obligation as well as a function for increasing the prosperity of social life. Through zakat, income of people which has more economic's ability is distributed to the people who have a right to earn. As a result, it creates the equal condition of income, wealth, and social justice in society. For Moslem paying zakat is a must. But in Islam, besides zakat, there are another duties in the wealth which have to pay for. One of them is the obligation for paying income tax as a proof of people's obedience to the leaders and the participation in the development. This condition makes the moslem have to suffer double obligation. In order to minimize an obligation Indonesian government carried out the policy which counted zakat as the nett income deduction regarding the income tax. Different with Indonesia, in Malaysia zakat that had been paid by Moslem can deduct tax obligation as a tax credit of individual income tax. One interesting thing from it's difference is, implementation of this policy does not cause decreasing of tax revenue but increase the revenue both zakat and tax instead. This research studied the possibility of zakat policy implementation as a tax credit of individual income tax in Indonesia based on Malaysia's implementation. It tried to describe the comparation between tax and zakat management in Malaysia and Indonesia, some justification of policy implementation in Indonesia, and the obstacle of policy. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Besides, this research can be classified into pure and cross sectional research. The data is collected by field research through depth interview with informans and literatures from articles, books, rules, and other sources. The result of this research shows the possibility of implementation this policy in Indonesia with some justifications. First, this policy can support the government's duty to increase citizen prosperity. Second, it can increase zakat and tax revenue. Third, it can dissappear double obligation burden. Although, there are some obstacles that must be faced to implemente this policy, such as structure of zakat collecting organization, the absence of penalty in zakat law, political will of government, self-internal factor, interreligious problem, and other administration problems.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the role of management accounting practices in the mediated relationship influences the quality of the accounting information system and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) against the performance of the company. Design/ methodology/ approach to hypothesis testing using partial least square approach (PLS). We perform an empirical study against the 89 companies in Indonesia that use ERP systems. Findings indicate that management accounting practices could bring impact on company performance of 63.7%. In this study found the findings that accounting techniques used after the use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) can affect the performance of the company amounting to 68.5%. The influence of the use of management accounting provides the mediation role against the improved performance of the company. Research limitations/ implications of this model indicates that the effect of the use of mediation practice of management accounting is an important variable for understanding how to utilize a system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) exactly, but if not There is a push from Top management in accepting changes to it will not be achieved. The practical implications of adopting the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems integration and ensure that the impact on the business value. In order for the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has a positive impact on the value of the business, the process of integration with the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) should be ensured. Originality/ value - this research provide new knowledge about the importance of the use of contemporary management accounting practices used with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) to improve the performance of the company.
