"Banyaknya kepemilikan tanah hasil konversi hak lama yang belum memiliki bukti yang diakui oleh Negara menimbulkan permasalahan sendiri. Oleh karena itu, bukti penguasaan fisik atas tanah dianggap sebagai salah satu solusi kepemilikan hak atas tanah. Hal ini termaktub dalam Pasal 24 ayat (2) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah. Kasus sengketa kepemilikan tanah yang diputuskan oleh Pengadilan Negeri di Meulaboh terjadi karenakan adanya 2 (dua) bukti surat keterangan penguasaan fisik atas tanah yang sama, yang dimiliki oleh 2 (dua) orang yang berbeda dan dibuat oleh 2 (dua) orang pejabat yang berbeda pula. Salah seorang pemilik dari surat keterangan penguasaan fisik tanah tersebut kemudian menjadikan surat tersebut sebagai dasar pembuatan akta jual beli Notaris. Dalam pembuktian terbukti bahwa akta jual beli tersebut tidak berkekuatan hukum karena dibuat berdasarkan surat penguasaan fisik yang tidak diakui kebenarannya. Penulis menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui studi dokumen.
Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa surat keterangan penguasaan fisik merupakan salah satu bukti kepemilikan yang diakui oleh Negara apabila dilengkapi dengan dokumen-dokumen pendukung lainnya yang diatur dalam peraturan pertanahan. Adapun Notaris sebagai pejabat umum bertanggungjawab penuh atas kebenaran dan keabsahan akta yang dibuatnya selama akta tersebut dibuat sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris. Pembatalan atau kebatalan suatu akta Notaris tidak serta merta menjadi tanggung jawab Notaris. Harus dilihat dulu sebab musabab dari suatu akta Notaris yang dikatakan batal maupun dimintakan pembatalannya.

Amount of the conversion rights of land ownership longer that do not have evidence that is recognized by the State raises its own problems. It is enshrined in Article 24 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 24 Year 1997 on Land Registration. Land ownership disputes are decided by the District Court in Meulaboh occur because of the existence of two (2) evidence of a certificate of physical mastery over the same ground, which is owned by two (2) different people and were made by 2 (two) different officials. One owner of a certificate of physical mastery of the land made the letter as a basis for making the sale and purchase deed of Notary. In evidence proved that the deed of sale is not binding because it was made by virtue of physical mastery unrecognized truth. The author uses the normative research data collection is done through the study of documents.
From the results of this study concluded that physical mastery certificate is a proof of ownership that is recognized by the State if it comes with other supporting documents provided for in the land regulations. The Notary as a public official solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the deed he made during the deed was made in accordance with the provisions of Law Notary. Cancellation or nullification of a notarial deed is not necessarily the responsibility of the Notary. Must be seen first causality of a notarial deed is said and requested cancellation canceled."

"ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the characteristics of stationary diesel engines which use a mixture of diesel fuel - biodiesel from sunan candlenut seed. Experiments were done with diesel fuel, B5, B10, B15, and B20 with a variety of engine rotation and load variations. The results showed that the values of torque, power and thermal efficiency when the engine uses B5, B10, B15, and B20 tends to decrease if compared when engine use diesel fuel. And the specific fuel consumption when use B5, B10, B15, and B20 increased. From the results of experiments and calculations, the maximum power of 3.01 kW, minimum specific fuel consumption of 228.58 g/kWh and maximum thermal efficiency of 37.61% when using diesel fuel. However, exhaust emissions were measured include opacity, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons when the engine using biodiesel B5, B10, B15, and B20 decreased. By using statistical study also obtained correlation and regression equations involving engine performance parameters."
