[ABSTRAK
Evaluasi efektivitas penerapan ERP pada suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat yang diberikan dari ERP tersebut. Ada berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur efektifitas penerapan ERP, salah satunya adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kriteria ? kriteria yang mempengaruhi penerapan ERP pada suatu perusahaan dengan berdasarkan literatur yang ada serta narasumber pada perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan penilaian kriteria dengan menggunakan pendapat dari para narasumber yang mewakili desainer, implementer, trainer, support, dan user. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang sesuai adalah strategy-fit, change management, business functionality, flexibility, benefits serta kriteria turunan dari business functionality yaitu financial, operation dan juga kriteria turunan dari benefits yaitu kualitas data, kualitas laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penilian, ERP pada pada perusahaan sudah memberikan dampak yang positif tetapi masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan untuk dapat memaksimalkan ERP tersebut terutama dalam hal laporan yang dihasilkan dari ERP tersebut.
ABSTRACT
Effectiveness evaluation of ERP implementation in a company is very important to know how big the benefits provided from the ERP. There are various methods that can be used to measure the effectiveness of ERP implementation, one of which is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study identifies the criterias that affect the implementation of ERP in a company on the basis of literature and informant at the company. In this study also was assessed the criteria from opinions of the informant representing designers, implementers, trainers, support, and user. The results showed that the appropriate criteria are-fit strategy, change management, business functionality, flexibility, benefits and criteria derived from the business functionality such as financial and operations and also criteria derived from the benefits such as the quality of the data and the quality of the report. Based on the results of valuation, the ERP in the company have a positive impact but still needs some improvement to be able to maximize the ERP especially in terms of the reports generated from the ERP.;Effectiveness evaluation of ERP implementation in a company is very important to know how big the benefits provided from the ERP. Pemanfaatan energi surya sebagai sumber energi listrik terbarukan di Indonesia perlu dipercepat untuk mencapai target bauran energi terbarukan sebesar 23% pada tahun 2025 dan Net Zero Emission (NZE) pada tahun 2060. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan energi surya adalah melalui sistem fotovoltaik dengan teknik Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) bersama dengan penggunaan boost converter. Algoritma Perturb and Observe (P&O) memiliki kelemahan berupa osilasi steady-state yang tinggi pada Large Step P&O (LSPO) dan tracking speed yang lambat pada Small Step P&O (SSPO). Penelitian ini mengembangkan algoritma Modified P&O (MPO) yang memanfaatkan metode estimasi open-circuit voltage untuk mengatasi kelemahan pada algoritma P&O. Algoritma MPO membagi kurva operasi PV menjadi empat bagian untuk mengkombinasikan tracking speed dari LSPO dan kestabilan dari SSPO. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Simulink MATLAB dengan data iradiasi dan suhu dari Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma LSPO dan MPO cocok digunakan pada iradiasi rendah, algoritma MPO cocok digunakan pada iradiasi menengah, dan algoritma SSPO cocok digunakan pada iradiasi tinggi. Perlu penggunaan baterai untuk menyimpan daya yang melebihi spesifikasi boost converter agar algoritma MPO bekerja dengan optimal pada kondisi iradiasi tertinggi. Secara keseluruhan, algoritma MPO lebih baik daripada algoritma SSPO dan LSPO karena menghasilkan nilai mean yang tinggi seperti LSPO dan memiliki osilasi steady-state yang kecil seperti SSPO. ......The utilization of solar energy as a renewable electricity source in Indonesia needs to be accelerated to achieve the renewable energy mix target of 23% by 2025 and Net Zero Emission (NZE) by 2060. One way to increase the efficiency of solar energy use is through photovoltaic systems with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques along with the use of a boost converter. The Perturb and Observe (P&O) algorithm has drawbacks such as high steady-state oscillations in Large Step P&O (LSPO) and slow tracking speed in Small Step P&O (SSPO). This study develops a Modified P&O (MPO) algorithm that utilizes the open-circuit voltage estimation method to address the weaknesses in the P&O algorithm. The MPO algorithm divides the PV operation curve into four parts to combine the tracking speed of LSPO and the stability of SSPO. The simulation was conducted using Simulink MATLAB software with irradiation and temperature data from Depok City. The study results show that LSPO and MPO algorithms are suitable for low irradiation, the MPO algorithm is suitable for medium irradiation, and the SSPO algorithm is suitable for high irradiation. A battery is needed to store the power that exceeds the boost converter specifications to optimize the MPO algorithm's performance under the highest irradiation conditions. Overall, the MPO algorithm is superior to the SSPO and LSPO algorithms because it produces a high mean value like LSPO and has low steady-state oscillations like SSPO.
