Tugas khusus yang diberikan mengenai rekapitulasi laporan Penggunaan Obat Rasional POR di Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa POR melalui indikator peresepan dan membandingkan hasil persentase indikator POR dengan batas toleransi POR nasional. Name Ines MalindaStudy Pogram ApotecharyTitle Internship at Public Health Center Makasar Sub district East Jakarta Period July 2016 Internship at Public Health Center Makasar Sub district intended to make apothecary student be able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilites of pharmacist in practicing pharmaceutical services in public health center, have a real illustration regarding the problems of pharmaceutical practice and work in public health center accompanied by giving insight, knowledge, skills and experience to apothecary student to practice pharmaceutical services in public health center. The given special task is reporting recapitulation of Rational Medicine Use POR in Public Health Center Makasar Sub district. The purpose of this special task is to analyze the POR through prescribing indicators and compare the percentage results of POR indicator with national POR tolerance limits. Tugas khusus yang diberikan ialah pengkajian resep kombinasi obat tamsulosin dan amlodipin pada pasien Beningn Prostate Hyperplasia. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kesesuaian obat yang diterima pasien dan melakukan analisis permasalahan dalam pengkajian resep meliputi kajian administrasi, kesesuian farmasetis dan pertimbangan klinis. Name Ines MalindaStudy Program ApotecharyTitle Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No.202 Depok Period August 2016 Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok intended to make apothecary student be able to understand and apply the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the management of drugstore together with observing and practicing pharmaceutical services in drugstore including management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and disposable medical products, and clinical pharmacy sevices. The given special task is assessing prescription drug in combination of tamsulosin and amlodipine on patient suffering from Beningn Prostate Hyperplasia. The purpose of this special task is to analyze the suitability of the patient taking medication and perform analysis of the issue in the prescription assesment including the study of the administration, suitability farmasetic and clinical considerations. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit dalam manajemen pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinik serta memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan mengenai identifikasi masalah terkait obat pada pasien ICU di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad dengan indikasi neglected fracture right femur, chronic kidney disease on hemodialisa, hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memonitoring, mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan memberikan rekomendasi solusi terkait masalah terkait obat, mempelajari cara berkomunikasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain dan pasien/keluarga pasien serta memahami tugas dan peranan apoteker dalam bidang farmasi klinis di ruang perawatan. ABSTRACT
Internship at Central Army Hospital RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad intended to make apothecary student be able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in hospital in the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and disposable medical products, and clinical pharmacy sevices along with giving insight, knowledge, skills and experience to apothecary student to practice pharmaceutical services in hospital. The given special task is identifying drug related problem on ICU patients at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad with signs of neglected right femur fracture, chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this special task is to monitor, identify, analyze and provide recommendations for drug related problem, learn how to communicate with other health professionals and patients families as well as understanding the duties and roles of pharmacist in clinical pharmacy area in the treatment room.
