"ABSTRAKPenelitian terkini navigasi mobil umumnya ditujukan pada pengembangan mobil otonom dan teknologi kendaraan. Penelitian tersebut memanfaatkan data jarak, gambar jalan, data koordinat, putaran kemudi, dan kecepatan mobil untuk memberikan rekomendasi navigasi putaran kemudi. Namun metode tersebut sulit diaplikasikan pada mobil secara umum. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk membantu pengemudi dalam berkendara dan navigasi mengacu pada pendeteksian sisi jalan. Pendeteksian sisi jalan dilakukan dengan mengamati area jalan pada jarak 10m hingga 14m di depan kendaraan menggunakan teknik pengolahan citra. Rekomendasi arah gerak mobil diperoleh melalui kalkulasi sudut yang dibentuk oleh mobil terhadap titik tengah lajur jalan pada jarak tertentu yang dilakukan dalam bidang jalan, dan dikonversi ke dalam bentuk sudut putaran kemudi. Proses secara real-time dilakukan dengan sebuah embedded PC dan waktu rata-rata pengolahan citra dapat mencapai 14,2467 ms, dengan tingkat deteksi rata-rata 87,1%, tingkat kegagalan rekomendasi putaran kemudi rata-rata sebesar 16,85%, dan tingkat kesesuaian data rekomendasi putaran kemudi 89,25%.

ABSTRACTCurrent research of car navigation generally aim to the development of autonomous car and vehicular technology. Those researches utilize distance data, road image, coordinate data, steering wheel rotation, and car velocity to give recommendation of steering wheel rotation navigation. However, those methods are difficult to be applied on common car. This research focus on assisting driver while driving and navigation refer to road boundary detection. Detection of road boundaries are performed by observing road area from distance 10m to 14m ahead by using image processing technique. Recommendation of car's moving direction is obtained from angle calculation formed between car and road lane middle point at certain distance, which is done in road plane, and converted into steering wheel rotation degree. Processing in real time using an embedded PC and average image processing time can achieve 14.2467 ms, with average detection rate 87.1%, steering wheel recommendation error 16.85%, and conformity rate of steering wheel rotation recommendation 89.25%."

"Judul penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Inteligensi, Emotional Intelligence dan Spiritual Gift Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Institut Theologia dan Keguruan Indonesia. Prestasi akademik mahasiswa Theologia sebagai variabel kriterium (tergantung), yang tergolong dalam Mata Kuliah Dasar Umum (MKDU), Mata Kuliah Dasar Khusus (MKDK), Mata Kuliah Bidang Studi (MKBS) dan Prestasi Akademik Total akan diteliti seberapa besar sumbangan yang yang diberikan oleh variabel prediktor (bebas) seperti inteligensi, emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift. Penelitian ini dikhususkan untuk mahasiswa theologia di Institut Theologia dan Keguruan Indonesia (ITKI) Jakarta. Pengkhususan ini diakibatkan adanya salah satu atau dua variabel dalam variabel prediktor dekat kaitannya dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar mereka yaitu, variabel spiritual gift dan emotional intelligence karena tuntutan dalam belajar mengajar mereka mengarah ke sana. 149 Mahasiswa ITKI dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data yang diambil dari mahasiswa adalah data inteligensi, data emotional intelligence, data spiritual gift sebagai data primer dan data prestasi akademik sebagai data sekunder. Keseluruhan data ini akan diolah untuk mendapatkan hasil terhadap uji hipotesis yang diajukan. Dengan menggunakan analisis statistik seperti analisis deskriptif untuk melihat keseluruhan data dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengadakan uji statistik atas hipotesis mayor maupun hipotesis minor, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut:1. Sumbangan Inteligensi, emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift terhadap prestasi akademik MKDU mahasiswa ITKI adalah 11.33 % (P .0000), sedangkan bila dilihat secara sendiri-sendiri sumbangannya adalah sebagai berikut inteligensi memberi sumbangan yang signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 16.053% (P .0000), sedangkan dua variabel lainnya tidak memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan sebab kontribusinya hanya 2.80% (P .0261) untuk emotional intelligensi dan 0.11 % (P .6535) untuk spiritual gift. 2. Sumbangan inteligensi, emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift terhadap prestasi akademik MKDK mahasiswa ITKI adalah 5.95 % (P .0007), sedangkan bila dilihat secara sendiri-sendiri sumbangannya adalah sebagai berikut inteligensi memberi sumbangan yang signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 10.152% (P .0000), sedangkan dua variabel lainnya tidak memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan sebab kontribusinya hanya 0.82% (P .2839) untuk emotional intelligensi dan 0.01 % (P .9676) untuk spiritual gift. 3. Sumbangan Inteligensi, emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift terhadap prestasi akademik MKBS mahasiswa ITKI adalah 21.31 % (P .0000), sedangkan bila dilihat secara sendiri-sendiri sumbangannya sebagai berikut, inteligensi tidak memberi sumbangan yang signifikan sebab kontribusi hanya sebesar 0.12% (P .8018), sedangkan dua variabel Lainnya memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan karena kontribusinya sebesar 21.71 % (P .0000) untuk emotional intelligensi dan 8.88 % (P .0000) untuk spiritual gift. 4. Sumbangan Inteligensi, emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift terhadap prestasi akademik Total mahasiswa ITKI adalah 8.73 % (P .0000), sedangkan bila dilihat secara sendiri-sendiri sumbangannya adalah sebagai berikut inteligensi memberi sumbangan yang signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 13.59% (P .0000), sedangkan dua variabel Iainnya tidak memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan sebab kontribusinya hanya 0.50% (P .6986) untuk emotional intelligensi dan 1.22 % (P .1512) untuk spiritual gift. Dengan demikian tidak semua hipotesis yang ada terbukti kebenarannya karena tidak signifikan dan memberi sumbangan secara positif. Inteligensi memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik baik prestasi belajar MKDU, MKDK, Prestasi Total, sedangkan emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift hanya memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan pada prestasi MKBS, dan tidak memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan pada MKDU, MKDK ataupun prestasi Total. Dengan demikian untuk penelitian lebih lanjut, disarankan untuk dapat melakukan penelitian pada (1) sampel yang lebih banyak dan bervariasi (2) ditujukan kepada orang yang sudah bekerja, khusus untuk melihat hubungan variabel emotional intelligence dan spiritual gift terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) institusi pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan theologia dapat membuat program peningkatannya."

"The imposition of VAT on the transfer of ownership of recording products is by the redemption of VAT paid-stamp. VAT is imposed at the recording product producer stage, before those products being sold. The distribution channel of the recording product is started from the distributor, agents, the distributor is no longer charged with VAT. In the VAT regulations the principle of the imposition is a multi stage tax. Which means VAT is collected at every stage of production chain and distribution. Under this VAT levy policy, the tax payer is obliged to redeem the indebted VAT to acquire the VAT paid-stamp of the recording products. The tax imposition bases used to calculate the VAT is the average selling price of the recording products.

The important point in this thesis is the grounds and laws on which the government to base the VAT levy policy on the recording products. In relation to the policy implementation is also questioned the level to which it influences the produce of recording products.

The research method used in this thesis is quantitative description with: frequency percentage. The respondents of this research stem from the representative: of recording products producer?s associations trough questionnaires and interviews. The above-mentioned associations consist of 4 (four) associations appointed to recommend the VAT paid-stamp redemption. As comparison, the research also involved some interviews with several Senior Official at The Directorate General of Tax.

The result of the research reveals that most of the recording product producers have no objection to the VAT imposition policy on the recording products. Nevertheless the service to provide the VAT paid-stamp must be improved. The conclusion of this research shows that there is no adequate laws on which the VAT is based to regulate the VAT levy on the voice recording products. The basic consideration to charge VAT on the voice recording products is merely in order to increase revenue from VAT, the simplicity of Administration and the supervision of the voice recording products tax payer.

Based on the result of the research it is suggested that the government should provide laws as foundation for the VAT regulation regarding to VAT levy on the voice recording products. The service provided for the redemption of the VAT paid-stamp needs to be improved. To improve supervision on the price of voice recording products in the market. Procedures on the excessive unused VAT paid-stamps management. The handling and control on the selling of counterfeited VAT paid-stamp."

ABSTRACT In increasing of crime and narcotic abuse, there is also an increasing in prisoner of narcotics case. To stand attention in this case, it is needed to establish Correctional Institution for Narcotics case. It is because handling prisoners or narcotics' prisoners need different handling and building than other cases' prisoners.
Narcotics Correctional Institution Jakarta is developed either to perform building toward narcotics prisoners or to disconnect narcotics distribution chain, which is more increase nowadays. It is also meant to anticipate distribution and abuse of narcotics in prisoner circles as the kind of violation about security and orderliness.
Violation of security and orderliness is meant beside distribution or abuse of narcotics in prisoners' circle, it is also in the kind of the use of prohibited material, which can disturb security and orderliness, as well as the use of other communication tools, of course, including escape. In this research, it is tried to give explanation about how security system implementation in Narcotics Correctional Institution Jakarta in order to prevent and handle violation of security and orderliness, either escape, narcotics abuse, prohibited material abuse, and other related to condition of facilities, infrastructures, security, security employee, and general conditions in Narcotics Correctional Institution Jakarta, as well as obstacles faced concerning those matters.
Therefore in order to know the effectiveness of the security system existed in Narcotics Correctional Institution Jakarta, the writer tried to analyze it by using 16 techniques of criminal acts opportunity prevention by using situational approach by Ronald V. Clarke and from the results of research indicate that there is security and orderliness disturbance in Narcotics Correctional Institution Jakarta, in which escape, narcotics abuse in prisoner circle, the ownership and use of communication tools like mobile phone and laptop, as well as the ownership of other prohibited materials. These indicate that there are deviations performed by employee and careless employee in performing their security duty as well as available security systems and facilities not run effectively at Narcotics Correctional Institution Jakarta.
