"Ditegakkannya Hukum Syariah di Provinsi Aceh memunculkan serangkaian peraturan bernuansa Islam. Hadirnya peraturan-peraturan yang mengatur perilaku menyimpang kemudian memunculkan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini kemudian mencoba melihat konstruksi perilaku menyimpang terhadap perempuan yang terkandung di dalam peraturan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Sosiologi Hukum, Feminist Jurisprudence, dan Kriminologi Kritis melalui Teori Realitas Sosial Kejahatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memakai studi dokumen dan wawancara, serta ditambah dengan studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam dua Qanun tidak terdapat kalimat bias gender yang diskriminatif terhadap perempuan. Diskriminasi terjadi karena konstruksi budaya dalam masyarakat yang dipengaruhi oleh patriarki dalam menginterpretasikan Qanun. ......The implementation of Shariah Law in Aceh Province triggered creation of series of Islam related rules. Several rules that regulate deviance, in time, impose discrimination towards women in the practice. This research tries to oversee the constructed deviance of women that were defined within the rules. This research based on Sociology of Law approach, Feminist Jurisprudence, and Critical Criminology within Social Reality of Crime Theory. Using qualitative approach supported with documents study and interview completed with literature study, this research found that in two Qanun there is no gender-biased lines and discrimination towards women. Discrimination in this case happened because of cultural construction within the local people that influenced by patrialchal views in interpreting Qanun."

"Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok dilaksanakan selama satu bulan mulai dari tanggal 3 Agustus 2016 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2016. Praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pengkajian Resep Kombinasi Obat Tamsulosin, Terazosin, Nifedipin, dan Candesartan pada Pasien dengan Penyakit Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia BPH dan Hipertensi. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian obat yang diterima dengan penyakit yang diderita pasien dan mengetahui kelebihan serta kekurangan penggunaan kombinasi obat tersebut.

Profession internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok was held for one month started from August, 3rd 2016 until August, 31st 2016. This profession internship was intended to make apothecary students understand roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management and also to obtain knowledge and practical experience to do pharmaceutical practice at pharmacy. The internship given a special assignment titled Prescription Assessment of Tamsulosin, Terazosin, Nifedipine and Candesartan Drug Combination in Patient with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia BPH and Hypertension Diseases. The purpose of the special assignment was to determine the suitability of medications received to the patient 39 s diseases and to know the advantages and disadvantages of the use of the drug combination."

"Gastroduodenal mucosat integrity has important role in the pathogenesis of gastroduodenal ulcer. It depends on imbalance between aggressive and defensive factors. However, many experts believe that defensive factors has more dominant role. Maintenance of gastrointestinal endothelial integrity appears to define the "cytoprotection" phenomenon and, as discussed below, is a critical component of NSAID-induced GI injury and a potential target for therapeutic intervention,"

"Even though there are still no epidemiological data on the prevalence of Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in Indonesia, data from The Division of Gastroenterology Department of Internal Medicine Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital demonstrate signs of esophagitis in 22.8% of all patients with dyspepsia who underwent endoscopic examination. Western countries report a higher rate of GERD than Asian and African countries, possibly due to dietary factors and increased obesity. Besides adequate history and physical examination, there are many other supporting examinations that could be performed to establish the diagnosis of GERD, especiaily endoscopy of the upper gastrointestinal tract and 24-hour esophageal pH monitoring. Even though this condition is rarely fatal, GERD patients should still receive adequate management. Most patients demonstrate a satisfactory response towards therapy which inciudes Iife-style modification as well as medication. Currently the drugs of choice for GERD are proton-pump inhibitors. A combination of proton-pump inhibitors and prokinetics produces a better effect. Patients resistant to medical treatment or those with recurrent esophageal stricture should be considered for anti-reflux surgery."

"We report a case of carcinoma of the esophagus in a 58 years old woman with achalasia, who has been diagnosed since 30 years ago, which initiated by surgical treatment (myotomy) and the symptoms recurred since 3 years ago. According to the progress of the disease, malignancy was strongly suspected due to prolonged stasis and mucosal irritation caused by achalasia (achalasia carcinoma sequence). Because of these contributing factors for the development of serious complications such as malignancy the diagnosis of achalasia must be systematically diagnosed and treated agressively. Surveillance endoscopy in patients with achalasia should be performed every 1-2 years."

"Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan kontribusi perempuan penyintas pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dalam mendorong inisiatif keadilan transisional di tingkat lokal atau komunitas di Indonesia. Dalam posisi marginalnya, baik sebagai perempuan maupun korban pelanggaran HAM, perempuan penyintas menunjukkan keagenannya untuk menghadapi hambatan sosial, politik, budaya dan struktural. Inisiatif dan partisipasi perempuan penyintas di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Aceh, dan Yogyakarta, telah berkontribusi pada munculnya model keadilan transisional di tingkat lokal, seperti permintaan maaf bagi korban, program bantuan kesehatan, beasiswa, dan pengungkapan kebenaran. Inisiatif keadilan transisional di tingkat lokal ini tidak hanya mengisi kesenjangan akuntabilitas yang seharusnya dipikul oleh negara, tetapi juga memperkuat implementasi mekanisme keadilan transisional yang diselenggarakan oleh negara atau pemerintah, baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional."
