"Teknisium memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam dunia Kedokteran Nuklir Salah satu aplikasinya adalah 99mTc koloid sulfur yang berfungsi sebagai agen diagnosis penunjang status fungsionalitas hati dan limpa Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan formulasi sediaan radiofarmaka 99mTc koloid sulfur serta uji stabilitas dan biodistribusi Sediaan radiofarmaka 99mTc koloid sulfur dibuat dengan mereaksikan Na99mTcO4 dengan Na2S2O3 5H2O dalam asam serta menggunakan gelatin sebagai stabilisator
Dilakukan optimasi terhadap lama waktu pemanasan dan pH sediaan serta uji stabilitas in vitro selama 6 jam pasca rekonstitusi Uji biodsitribusi dilakukan dengan menyuntikkan 0 05 ndash 0 15 mCi 99mTc koloid sulfur secara intra vena pada tiga ekor kelinci domestik Oryctolagus cuniculus domestica jantan Kelinci di scan menggunakan kamera gamma single head dengan mode dinamik selama 20 menit dilanjutkan dengan mode statik selama 5 menit sebanyak tiga kali dengan interval waktu 10 menit
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sediaan radiofarmaka 99mTc koloid sulfur memiliki kemurnian radiokimia optimum untuk lama waktu pemanasan selama 13 menit dan pada pH 6 3 Uji stabilitas menunjukkan bahwa 99mTc koloid sulfur stabil selama 2 jam pasca rekonstitusi ditunjukkan dengan kemurnian radiokimia yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 92 93 2 14 n 3 Aktivitas maksimum 99mTc koloid sulfur lebih dari 80 ditemukan pada hati dan limpa kelinci pada saat 6 ndash 12 menit setelah injeksi.

ABSTRAK Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana penunjang kesehatan yang turut berperan dalam mewujudkan upaya kesehatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah. Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah No. 51 tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, dalam ketentuan umum dijelaskan bahwa apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Sebagai tempat pengabdian apoteker, apotek berfungsi untuk melaksanakan peracikan, pengubahan bentuk, pencampuran dan penyerahan obat atau bahan obat, dan sebagai sarana penyalur perbekalan farmasi yang harus menyebarkan obat yang diperlukan masyarakat secara meluas dan merata. Apotek juga berperan sebagai sarana pemberian informasi obat kepada masyarakat dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya sehingga kedua pihak tersebut mendapatkan pengetahuan yang benar tentang obat dan turut meningkatkan penggunaan obat yang rasional. Selain sebagai tempat pengabdian apoteker, apotek juga berfungsi sebagai lahan bisnis. Apotek yang dikelola dengan baik akan memberikan keuntungan yang cukup besar. Oleh karena itu, apoteker perlu mengetahui konsep managemen dan bisnis di apotek.
ABSTRACT The pharmacy is one of the means of supporting health that playing a role in creating health measures undertaken by the government. According to Government Regulation No. 51 of 2009 on pharmaceutical works, in general terms explained that the pharmacy is a pharmaceutical care facilities conducted by a pharmacist that do pharmacy practices. As a dedicated place for pharmacist, pharmacy carry out a function for compounding, changing the form, mixing and delivery of the drug or drug substance, and as a means of channeling pharmaceuticals that has to deploy the necessary drugs is widespread and equitable for society. Pharmacies also serve as a means of drug information to the public and other health professionals so that both parties gain the knowledge of medicine and helped improve the rationality of drug used. Apart from being a dedicated pharmacist, pharmacy also serves as a business area. Pharmacies are well managed will provide considerable advantages. ABSTRAK Industri farmasi merupakan salah satu industri yang menyangkut kesehatan manusia dalam rangka perwujudan kesehatan nasional. Dalam pembuatan obat, industri farmasi harus memenuhi persyaratan CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik). CPOB merupakan pedoman pembuatan obat yang baik dan benar diseluruh aspek rangkaian produksi yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa sifat maupun mutu obat yang dihasilkan senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Kedudukan Apoteker juga diatur dalam CPOB, yaitu sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, pengawasan mutu dan pemastian mutu sehingga seorang Apoteker dituntut untuk mempunyai wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan dalam mengaplikasikan dan mengembangkan ilmunya secara profesional agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di industri farmasi.

In the manufacture of drugs, the pharmaceutical industry must meet the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). GMP guidelines for the drug production is good and true in all aspects of the production chain that aims to ensure that the nature and quality of medicines produced continuously meet the quality requirements that have been decided in line with the intended use. Position of Pharmacists are also set in the GMP, which is in charge of production, quality control and quality assurance so that a pharmacist is required to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and ability to apply and develop their knowledge in a professional manner in order to overcome the problems that exist in the pharmaceutical industry;The pharmaceutical industry is one of industry that involves human health in the context of national health embodiment. ABSTRAK Suku Dinas Kesehatan merupakan unit kerja dinas kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan dan pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat. Di dalam struktur organisasi suku dinas kesehatan terdapat seksi sumber daya kesehatan yang membawahi koordinator farmasi makanan dan minuman. Koordinator farmasi makanan dan minuman mempunyai tugas pokok dalam perijinan, pembinaan, pengelolaan serta pengawasan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, koordinator ini merupakan salah satu wadah bagi apoteker dalam menjalankan tugas profesi kefarmasiannya di lingkup pemerintahan. Peran dan fungsi apoteker dalam lingkup pemerintahan perlu diketahui oleh mahasiswa calon apoteker sebagai salah satu tempat untuk melaksanakan tugas profesinya dimasa yang akan datang
