"Skripsi ini menganalisis faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan mobile wallet sebagai salah satu jenis uang elektronik berbasis server yang diterbitkan Provider Telekomunikasi yaitu T-Cash dari Telkomsel, Dompetku- Indosat serta XL Tunai. Penelitian ini diadaptasi dari teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa faktor persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), kepercayaan (trust) dan word of mouth merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat penggunaan mobile wallet yang diterbitkan provider telekomunikasi. ...... The research analyzes the factors that influence intention to use of mobile wallet as one type of server-based electronic money issued by the Telecommunications Provider namely Telkomsel T-Cash, wallet - Indosat and XL Cash. This study is adapted from the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research is quantitative descriptive and uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) method to evaluate the effect of the research hypothesis. Results of this study found that the perceived usefulness, trust and word of mouth is a factor that can influence the interest of the use of mobile wallet issued by telecommunications providers."
