"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh sudut pandang pada individu terjadap pemikiran
bias dalam kelompok agama. Variabel sudut pandang individu terbagi atas dua
variasi yaitu sudut pandang diri dan sudut pandang Ketuhanan. Pada studi pertama,
penulis ingin melihat perbedaan antara individu yang menggunakan sudut pandang
diri dengan sudut pandang Ketuhanan terhadap bias dalam kelompok agama. Pada
studi kedua, penulis ingin melihat moderasi persepsi keterancaman terhadap
hubungan sudut pandang terhadap bias dalam kelompok. Pada studi pertama,
sebanyak 81 mahasiswa Muslim orang yang secara acak dikelompokkan
berdasarkan sudut pandang diri dan sudut pandang Ketuhanan, menentukan
kesediaannya membantu kepada panti asuhan kelompok agama ingroup atau
kelompok agama outgroup dalam sebuah skenario. Hasil studi pertama
menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pada kelompok sudut
pandang diri dengan sudut pandang Ketuhanan terhadap pemikiran bias dalam
kelompok. Namun keaktifan organisasi berkorelasi positif dengan bias dalam
pemberian donasi kepada kelompok ingroup. Pada studi kedua, sebanyak 85
mahasiswa Muslim yang secara acak dikelompokkan berdasarkan kelompok sudut
pandang, menentukan kesediaannya membantu yayasan sosial dari kelompok agama
outgroup dalam sebuah skenario. Penulis juga mengukur persepsi keterancaman
partisipan. Hasil studi kedua menjelaskan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan antara
kelompok partisipan dengan sudut pandang diri dan Ketuhanan terhadap bias dalam
kelompok. Namun persepsi keterancaman memiliki korelasi yang positif terhadap
bias dalam pemberian donasi kepada kelompok outgroup. Perbedaan konteks
dimana keadaan kelompok tidak dalam keadaan berkonflik menjadi salah satu
alasan yang dapat menjelaskan hasil penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
This study wanted to know whether the influence of the perspective to
ingroup bias. Perspective was divided into two variations, namely selfperspective
and the God perspective. In the first study, I wanted to see the
difference between individuals who use self-perspective and God perspective
on bias in religious groups. In the second study, I wanted to see the
moderation of perceived threat to the relationship of perspective to ingroup
bias. In the first study, 81 Muslims college students had randomly grouped
according to the self-perspective and viewpoint of Godhead. They decided to
help orphanage from their ingroup or outgroup religious groups in a scenario.
The results showed, there were no differences between groups of selfperspective
with the God perspective on ingroup bias. But organization
attendance had a significant correlation with bias in donating ingroup. In the
second study, 85 Muslim college students randomly grouped according to
perspective groups, determined their willingness to help non-profit
organizations from outgroup religious groups in a scenario. I also measured
the perceived threat to participants. The results showed that there was no
difference between participants with self-perspective and God perspective
toward ingroup bias. Differences in the context where the situation of the
group is not in the conflict were one reason that explained the results of this
study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya pengambilan keputusan karier dengan adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja. Keputusan karier yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini pun berfokus pada keputusan individu saat memilih pekerjaan. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat di antara lima gaya pengambilan keputusan, yakni rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant, dan spontaneous yang mendukung keterampilan adaptabilitas karier. Pengukuran gaya pengambilan keputusan karier menggunakan alat ukur General Decision Making Scale (GDMS). Selain itu pengukuran adaptabilitas karier menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Sebanyak 170 lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang sedang bekerja berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisa memperlihatkan semua gaya pengambilan keputusan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier. Lalu, hanya gaya pengambilan keputusan rational yang berkorelasi positif dan mendukung adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja.
