"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami secara umum struktur organisasi Kementerian Kesehatan dan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dengan spesifikasi pada Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan, mengamati dan memahami pencapaian pelaksanaan tugas dan peran Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan, dan memperoleh wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai peranan apoteker dalam bidang pelayanan kefarmasian khususnya dalam bidang produksi dan distribusi alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga. Tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul Studi Kegiatan Sampling, Monitoring, dan Evaluasi Pada Sub Direktorat Inspeksi Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (PKRT) bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan sampling, monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Sub Direktorat inspeksi alat kesehatan dan PKRT serta untuk mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dan solusi terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan sampling, monitoring dan evaluasi oleh Sub Direktorat inspeksi alat kesehatan dan PKRT.

Apothecary Profession Internship at Directorate of Production and Distribution of Medical Devices aimed to make students understand the general organizational structure of the Ministry of Health and the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to the specifications of the Directorate of Production and Distribution of Medical Devices, observing and understand the achievement of performance of duties and role of the Directorate of production and distribution of medical Devices, and gain insight and knowledge about the role of pharmacists in the field of pharmaceutical services, especially in the field of production and distribution of medical devices and household health supplies. Given a special assignment with the title Study of Activity Sampling, Monitoring, and Evaluation Sub-Directorate of Inspection In Medical Devices and Household Health Supplies aimed to determine the sampling activities, monitoring and evaluation carried out by the Sub Directorate of inspection as well as medical devices and Household Health Supplies to know constraints that occur and solutions related to the implementation of sampling, monitoring and evaluation by the Sub Directorate of inspection of medical devices and Household Health Supplies."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit PMI Bogor bertujuan agar mahasiswa mengetahui struktur organisasi Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit PMI Bogor; memahami peran, tugas, fungsi, wewenang serta tanggung jawab Apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit ; mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit dalam upaya pelayanan kesehatan; serta mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan di instalasi/unit penunjang di RS PMI Bogor, yaitu Instalasi Sterilisasi Sentral dan Binatu dan Instalasi Kesehatan Lingkungan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul Analisis Drug Related Problems (DRPs) Pasien Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit PMI Bogor bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah terkait obat (Drug Related Problems) yang terjadi pada rejimen pengobatan pasien Tn. L di Paviliun Anggrek Rumah Sakit PMI Bogor melalui penelusuran rekam medik pasien serta memberikan rekomendasi penanganan masalah terkait obat (Drug Related Problems) yang terjadi pada rejimen pengobatan pasien Tn. L di Paviliun Anggrek Rumah Sakit PMI Bogor.

Apothecary Profession Internship at Bogor Red Cross Hospital (PMI Bogor Hospital) aimed to make students aware of organizational structure Installation PMI Bogor Hospital Pharmacy; understand the role, duties, functions, competence and responsibilities of pharmacists in Installation of Hospital Pharmacy; know the activities in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation in health care efforts; and to know the activities carried out in the installation / support unit in RS PMI Bogor, namely the Central Sterilization and Laundry and Installation Environmental Health. Given a special assignment with the title Analysis of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) Inpatient Hospital PMI Bogor aims to identify Drug Related Problems that occurred in the treatment regimen of patients Tn. L at the Anggrek Pavilion Hospital PMI Bogor by tracking patient records and provide recommendations related to issues of drug treatment (Drug Related Problems) that occurred in the treatment regimen of patients Tn. L at the Anggrek Pavilion Hospital PMI Bogor."
