"Pengalihan tugas dan fungsi dari BP Migas diikuti oleh Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral mengenai peralihan tugas, fungsi dan struktur organisasi BP Migas. Presiden kemudian mengeluarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 9 tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengelolaan Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (Satuan Kerja Khusus Migas). Pembentukan SKK Migas ini kemudian mengambil alih semua asset dan karyawan dari BP Migas. Dalam pelaksanaannya SKK Migas melakukan ikatan kerjasama dengan badan usaha atau bentuk usaha tetap ("Kontraktor") dalam suatu kontrak yang disebut Kontrak Bagi Hasil. Skripsi ini akan membahas seputar perubahan pengaturan peran dan fungsi Badan Pelaksana kegiatan hulu minyak, perbandingan hak dan kewajiban Kontraktor dibawah kepengurusan SKK Migas dan BP Migas, dan bagaimana akibat hukum pengaturan perubahan peran dan fungsi Badan Pelaksana. ......The transfer of duties and functions of BP Migas followed by the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the transitional tasks, functions and organizational structure of BP Migas. President then issued Presidential Regulation No. 9 of 2013 on the Implementation of Management Upstream Oil and Gas (Oil and Gas Special Unit). Formation of SKK Migas then take over all the assets and employees of BP Migas. In the execution of SKK Migas conduct cooperative ties with business entities or permanent establishment ("Contractor") in a contract called Production Sharing Contract. This paper will discuss about the role and function setting changes in BP Migas, the comparison of rights and obligations of the Contractor under the stewardship of SKK Migas and BP Migas, and how the legal effect of changes the role and functions BP Migas."
