"Film cepat hancur dirancang untuk cepat hancur dan larut dalam saliva tanpa bantuan air sehingga dibutuhkan polimer pembentuk film yang cepat melarut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat maltodekstrin suksinat dari maltodekstrin DE 10-15 sebagai eksipien untuk film cepat hancur. Maltodekstrin suksinat (MDS) diperoleh dengan cara mengesterifikasi maltodekstrin dengan asam suksinat anhidrida pada kondisi basa dalam medium berair dan dikarakterisasi sifat kimia, fisik, dan fungsionalnya. MDS yang dihasilkan memiliki derajat substitusi sebesar 0,177 ± 0,004, kelarutan dalam aquadest 1: 21, dan indeks mengembang 41,76 ± 1,71% dalam dapar fosfat pH 6,8. Evaluasi formula film cepat hancur menggunakan MDS sebagai eksipien menunjukkan yang baik sebagai film cepat hancur dengan waktu hancur in vitro 24,33 ± 5,86 detik, kekuatan tensil 9,77 kg/cm2 dan pelepasan obat metoklopramid HCl mencapai ± 80% dalam 2 menit. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa MDS dapat digunakan sebagai eksipien untuk film cepat hancur.

Fast dissolving film is designed to rapidly disintegrate and dissolve in saliva without need of water so that it takes the film-forming polymer that dissolves quickly. The aims of this study was to produce the maltodextrin succinate from maltodextrin DE 10-15 as the exipient for fast dissolving film. Maltodextrin Succinate (MDS) was obtained by esterification of maltodextrin using succinic acid anhydride in base condition of aqueous medium and characterized its chemical, physical, and functional properties.

The obtained MDS had 0.177 ± 0.004 as its substitution degree, solubulity in distilled water was 1:21 and swelling index was 41.76 ± 1.71% in phosphate buffer pH 6.8. Evaluation of the fast dissolving film formulas using MDS as exipient showed a good criteria as fast dissolving film with in vitro disintegration time 24.33 ± 5.86 seconds, tensile strength 9.77 kg/cm2 and metoklopramid HCl drug release reached ±80% in 2 minutes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the MDS can be used as the excipient for fast dissolving oral films."

Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai penyakit rematik yang meliputi definisi, etiologi, patofisiologi, klasifikasi, diagnosa dan pemeriksaan laboratorium serta terapi farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi; menganalisa kelengkapan resep; dan mengetahui pemenuhan service level enam produk pareto di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 07 periode maret 2014.

Given a special task called rheumatic diseases; analysis of prescription; and analysis by distribution center service level management business of six pareto products in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 07. The purpose of this special task is to examine more deeply about rheumatic diseases that includes definition, etiology, pathophysiology, classification, diagnosis and laboratory tests as well as pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies; analyze the completeness of prescription; and determine compliance with service level six pareto products in Apotek Kimia Farma. No. 07 period March 2014."
