Abstrak :
PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur sebagai kontraktor utama yang memiliki tugas untuk menyelesaikan kontrak pekerjaannya yang kompleks akan membagi pekerjaannya kepada subkontraktor-subkontraktor untuk item dominan. Proses pemilihan subkontraktor akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan di lapangan, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi kriteria-kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam proses pemilihan subkontraktor dan strategi yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki proses pemilihan sehingga memperoleh subkontraktor yang berkinerja terbaik. Selanjutnya kriteria-kriteria tersebut akan dianalisis dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sehingga diperoleh keputusan terbaik dalam menentukan prioritas kriteria-kriteria dalam proses pemilihan subkontraktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria utama yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja subkontraktor dimulai dari yang terbesar adalah kinerja dan MK3LL (Mutu, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Lindung Lingkungan), dan diikuti dengan sumber daya, harga, strategi kemitraan, dan administrasi. ......PT. Subcontractor selection process will have a major effect on the performance results of a construction project. It is necessary to evaluate the criteria that influence the process of subcontractor’s selection process and to determine the strategies used to improve the selection process to obtain subcontractors with the best performance. Those criteria were analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain the best decision in determining the priority of the criteria in the subcontractor selection process. The results showed that the top priorities criteria are performance and QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) followed by resources, prices, partnership strategy, and administration accordingly.
