Education of drugs abuse prevention better be given in an environment enabling the happening of process learn which the structure. Approach to overcome problem of drugs through educational very precise applied. Minister of education plan will include items of drugs and HIV/AIDS into curriculum of education start from SD until SMU (Padmanagara, Makbul of January 2005). Utilizing to give strong energy to all student to refuse drugs, all Teacher very big its role. In the effort improvement of quality of human resource in educational about drugs, Prevention center (Pusat Dukungan Pencegahan : Pusduk Cegah) National Narcotic Board have carried out some Training Instructor of Extension agent of drugs for example to Teacher of SLTP DKI. To know how big the impact yielded from Training Instructor of Extension mentioned in drugs abuse prevention effort in school environment hence the writer interested to conduct furthermore research. This thesis research is inspired by opinion lester and Stewart (In Winarno, 2002: 166), that distinguishable policy evaluation into two different duty. First duty is to determine consequence-consequence of what generated by a policy by depicting its impact. This matter refer at effort to see what policy program reach target or affect the desired or not. 1f not, factors of what becoming its cause. While second duty is to assess failure or efficacy from a policy of pursuant to specified criterion or standard. Knowledge of concerning failure causes of a policy i n reaching for the desired impact, can be made by a guidance to alter o r improve repair policy of a period to coming. As for problem formula to be studied is whether Teachers SLTP in DKI followed Training Instructor of Extension agent of drugs sharing have in drugs abuse prevention area at school ?, and what affect training to drugs abuse prevention effectiveness at school ?. Intention of this research is to reply problem formula as raised above. Evaluate to construction role of all other, dissimilar teacher in the effort prevention drugs conducted by descriptive analysis pursuant to data obtained from questioner which is passed by three responder group. Research instrument consisted of questioner training which is passed to 8 peoples from different school which have followed Training Instructor of Extension agent of drugs amount to 21 items, questioner motivate passed by 179 Headmasters or Teachers from Teacher place school following the training teach to amount to 22 items, questioner prevention passed by 346 students from Teacher place school following the training teach to amount to 25 items. Result of statistical test to data of questioner of training indicate that in general, all Teacher of competitor of Training Instructor of Extension agent of drugs BNN give respond which positive to benefit from training which following of. This matter (is) visible pursuant to percentages answer of responder at high category equal to 37,5 % and categorize very high equal to 37,5 %. This matter is also supported by median value mostly 4 and 4,5 and also assess modus mostly is 4 and 5, indicating that responder agree if training given by the BNN told to give benefit and knowledge in prevention of abuse drugs. Result of statistical test to data of questioner to indicate that in general all Teacher give respond positive to environmental condition, policy of shoal in supporting duty and execution duty of Teacher go together effort of prevention of abuse drugs. This matter is visible pursuant to percentage answer of responder which the majority be at high category equal to 64,80 %, and supported by level of median value and the modus which the majority is 4. Result of statistical test to data of questioner of prevention of abuse of drugs at school indicate that in general student assess positive strive entire/all party of school go together in drugs abuse prevention. This matter is seen by pursuant to percentage of answer of responder which the majority be at high category 162 responder (46,82 %) and categorize very high as much 145 responder (41,91 %). Pursuant to median value 4 and assess modus 5, can be interpreted by a responder assess that party of school have done effort which enough proactive in preventing abuse drugs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh matriks pengukuran kinerja pada perusahaan berbasis produksi obat-obatan. Penilaian kinerja ini bisa digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi saat ini dari supply chain, mencari akar masalah dan melakukan perbaikan pada kinerja rantai pasok. Matriks-matriks supply chain yang digunakan adalah berasal dari supply chain operation reference (SCOR) model. Setiap matriks akan dilakukan peninjauan pertama apakah matriks ini penting digunakan pada industri farmasi. Setelah dilakukan verifikasi dan pemilihan matriks yang akan digunakan, langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan penilaian dengan membandingkan secara berpasangan matriks kinerja (Pairwise Comparison Matrix) dengan metode AHP. Hasil pembobotan tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat matriks kinerja dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Matriks yang terpilih dinilai sebagai kriteria matriks yang paling penting dan dijadikan bahan untuk mendapatkan solusi terbaik untuk mencapai performa maksimum perusahaan. ......The objective of this research is to obtain performance measurement matrices of a pharmaceutical company. This performance scoring can be used to help the company to identify the current condition of the supply chain, to find the root cause of the problem, and to improve supply chain performance. Supply chain matrices used are derived from the supply chain operation reference (SCOR) model. Each matrix will be reviewed whether this matrix is important to be used in pharmaceutical industry. After the verification and selection of the matrices, next step is scoring by doing pairwise comparison of the performance matrices with AHP method. The result then used to determine the rank of performance matrices using TOPSIS method. The highest ranked matrix then selected as the most important matrix and can be used as a source to get the best solutions to achieve maximum performance of the company.

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang perbedaan sifat fisiko-kimia dan komposisi asam lemak penyusun trigliseridanya, pada minyak biji jambu mete (Anacardium occidentale Linn) yang berasal dari Sulawesi Tenggara dan Yogyakarta. Asam lemak diperoleh dengan cara ekstraksi menggunakan soxhlet dan pelarut n-heksana. Hasil ekstraksi ini kemudian dievaporasi atau didestilasi untuk mendapatkan minyak kasar. Minyak kasar yang diperoleh, kemudian sebagian dianalisis untuk mengetahui sifat fisiko-kimianya. Sebagian lagi minyak dimurnikan, untuk kemudian dianalisis sifat fisiko-kimianya dan komposisi asam lemak penyusun trigliseridanya. Dari analisis, diperoleh hasil secara berturut-turut untuk minyak mete Kendari dan Gunung Kidul sebagai berikut: rendemen (41,97% dan 51,67%), titik leleh(-1,50C dan -10 C), indeks bias (1,4650 dan 1,4657), berat jenis (0,9065 dan 0,9061), bilangan asam (0,61 dan 0,71), bilangan penyabunan (183,44 dan 191,26), bilangan iod (47,58 dan 47,54), bilangan peroksida (4,29 dan 0,86), dan bahan tidak tersabunkan (0,91 dan 0,40). Komposisi asam lemak penyusun trigliserida ditentukan dengan menggunakan kromatografi gas (GC) . Kandungan asam lemak jenuh pada minyak Kendari 10% dan asam lemak tidak jenuh 90%, dengan persentase tertinggi asam linoleat (65,9%), sedangkan minyak Gunung Kidul, asam lemak jenuh 20,75% dan asam lemak tidak jenuh 79,25% dengan persentase tertinggi asam oleat (58,2%). Rendemen yang diperoleh untuk minyak biji mete Kendari adalah: 41,97% sedangkan minyak biji mete Gunung Kidul sebesar 51,67%. Ada sedikit perbedaan sifat fisiko-kimia dan komposisi asam lemak penyusun trigliserida minyak biji mete dari Kendari dan minyak biji mete dari Gunung Kidul. ......A research on the comparison of physico-chemical properties and fatty acid composed triglyceride of cashew nut oil (Anacardium occidentale Linn) origines from South East Sulawesi and Yogyakarta. The fatty acid determined from extraction by soxhlet with nhexana solutions. The extract is then evaporated or distilled to obtain crude oil. Crude oil is obtained, and then analyzed for some physico-chemical properties. Much more oil is purified, then analyzed for physico-chemical properties and fatty acid composition of triglycerides compiler. From the analysis, the results is obtained respectively for Kendari nut oil and Gunung Kidul as follows: yield (41.97% and 51.67%), melting point (-1.50 C-10c), refractive index (1.4650 and 1.4657), density (0.9065 and 0.9061), acid values (0.61 and 0.71), saponification values (183.44 and 191.26), iodine values (47.58 and 47, 54), peroxide values (4.29 and 0.86), and the material unsaponification values (0.91 and 0.40). Compiler triglyceride fatty acid composition determined using gas chromatography (GC). Saturated fatty acid content in cashew nut oil of Kendari 10% unsaturated fatty acid and 90% with the highest percentage of linoleic acid (65.9%), while cashew nut oil of Gunung Kidul, 20.75% saturated fatty acids while unsaturated fatty acids with 79.25%, the highest percentage of oleic acid (58.2%). There is little difference in the physicochemical properties and fatty acid composed triglyceride of cashew nut oil of Kendari and Gunung Kidul cashew nut species.
