"ABSTRAKSkeneri merupakan ruang teater yang menyerupai ruang dunia nyata,sehingga skeneri membangun interioritas kehidupan tokoh cerita naskah, sesuai dengan ikon, yaitu tanda-tanda yang menyerupai suatu hal. Permasalahan utama skripsi ini adalah pengaruh ikon dalam perancangan skeneri terhadap interioritasnya. Penulis bertujuan untuk mengaji ikon yang mempengaruhi interioritas skeneri. Penulis menggunakan metode empiris dan mengumpulkan data lewat studi kepustakaan dan survey. Pada kasus pertunjukan Teater Psikologi Universitas Indonesia, ?Suryati Langsung ke Hati?, ikon dalamperancangan skeneri berpengaruh terhadap interioritasnya.

AbstractScenery is the theatre space that resembles the real space, so that scenery builds the interiority of the script?s character life, accords with icon, that is sign that resembles something. The main problem of this undergraduate thesis is the effect of icon on scenery design to interiority. The author aims to review icon that ffects interiority of scenery. The author uses empirical method and collects data through literature study and survey. In the case of a performance of Teater Psikologi Universitas Indonesia, ?Suryati Langsung ke Hati?, the icon on the scenery design affected the interiority."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh efektivitas pengendalian internal terhadap penggunaan laba sebagai basis pembayaran kompensasi eksekutif. Kompensasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah remunerasi gabungan antara direksi dan dewan komisaris. Efektivitas pengendalian internal dihitung dengan skoring 5 komponen pengendalian internal berdasarkan illustrative tools COSO (2012). Pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi data 197 sampel perusahaan listed di BEI tahun 2011-2014 (594 observasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laba memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kompensasi manajemen. Efektivitas pengendalian internal terbukti dapat memperkuat hubungan positif laba dan kompensasi tersebut.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of internal control to the use of earning as executive compensation measurement. The internal control will be measured with five elements of internal control based on COSO’s illustrative tools. Based on 197 companies that listed in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2011 to 2014 (594 observations), the empirical study shows that earning has a positive and significant effect to management compensation. The effectivity of internal control can increase the earnings quality and strengthen the positive relation between earnings and management compensation."

"Tesis ini merupakan penelitian mengenai representasi ketokohan Hasan Saleh dan ketokohan Daud Beureueh di dalam novel Napoleon dari Tanah Rencong dan teksteks nonsastra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan narasi ketokohan Hasan Saleh dan ketokohan Daud Beureueh dalam novel maupun teks-teks nonsastra. Landasan pemikiran yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif new historicism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketokohan Hasan Saleh dan ketokohan Daud Beureueh dalam teks novel direpresentasikan berbeda dengan teksteks nonsastra yang menjadi sumber dalam penelitian ini. Dalam teks novel, ketokohan Hasan Saleh direpresentasikan sebagai seorang yang memiliki peran besar dalam berjuang, membela, dan mempertahankan hingga menyatukan kembali Aceh dengan Indonesia. Akan tetapi dalam teks-teks non-sastra tersebut, nama Hasan Saleh sangat sedikit dimunculkan dan banyak dikenal sebagai Pemberontak. Sebaliknya, tokoh Daud Beureueh yang nama dan riwayat hidupnya banyak dibicarakan di dalam teks-teks nonsatra, dalam novel ini direpresentasikan berbeda dengan teks-teks nonsastra tersebut. Dengan demikian, Novel Napoleon dari Tanah Rencong merupakan novel historis yang mengungkapkan, menginformasikan, dan mempertanyakan kembali kebenaran peristiwa sosial politik yang terjadi di Aceh antara tahun 1942 sampai dengan tahun 1962. Sikap mengungkapkan, menginformasikan, dan mempertanyakan kembali kebenaran sejarah sesuai dengan perspektif new historicism yang memahami setiap segi realitas tertuang dalam teks dan struktur sosial ditentukan oleh 'praktik diskursif' yang dominan, sehingga harus dipertanyakan lagi kebenarannya.

This thesis is a study on the representation of Hasan saleh and Daud Beureueh in the Napoleon dari Tanah Rencong. This study aims to reveal the figure of Hasan Saleh and Daud Beureueh in the novel as literary text and also in the non-literary texts (history texts). The frame of reference used is new historicism perspective. The result showed that the representation of Hasan Saleh and Daud Beureueh is revealed differently in both of the text. The name of Hasan Saleh as a fighter that has big part to preserve the Independence of Indonesia, is not more appeared in non-literary work (history texts). The name of Hasan Saleh in most non-literary work only synchronized as a rebel. On the other hand, Daud Beureueh, whose name and biography is mentioned over and over in the most of non-literary texts, in the novel, is represented differently. Thus, this novel is a historical trying to prove, to tell information and to question the truth of history regarding to the history of social political events taking place in Aceh from 1942 up to 1962. The way of trying to prove, to tell information, and to question the truth of history appropriate with new historicism perspective that appreciate the fact in texts and social structure is based on dominant 'discursive practice' that have to be questionable."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh promosi-promosi yang dilakukan oleh Shopee saat Men Sale Campaign pada Februari 2019 lalu terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online oleh pengguna Shopee dengan jenis kelamin pria. Terdapat variabel moderasi yaitu online brand trust yang dimiliki oleh Shopee sejak berdiri tiga tahun yang lalu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa Shopee perlu menganalisa kembali promosi-promosi apa yang paling tepat dalam menyasar pengguna pria. Sesi games/ kompetisi seperti Kuis Shopee, Goyang Shopee, Mission Shopee (Selesaikan Misimu dan Dapatkan Hadiahnya), Shopee Pasti Ada Challenge (Semua Pasti Ada, Kalo Gak Ada, Dapat 5JT Voucher Shopee) bukan merupakan jenis promosi yang menarik untuk pengguna pria. Sales Promotion yang paling efektif dilakukan oleh Shopee adalah paket harga menarik, potongan harga/ diskon, dan voucher.

This thesis discusses the influence of sales promotions carried out by Shopee during the Men Sale Campaign in February 2019 on online buying decisions by Shopee users with male gender. There is a moderating variable, namely online Brand Trust owned by Shopee since it was founded three years ago. This research is quantitative research with descriptive design research. The results of the study suggest that Shopee needs to re-analyze what promotions are most appropriate in targeting male users. Game sessions/competitions such as Shopee Quiz, Shopee Shake, Mission Shopee (Complete Your Missions and Get Prizes), Shopee Must Have a Challenge (All Must Have, If Not, Get 5JT Shopee Vouchers) are not an attractive type of promotion for male users. Shopee's most effective sales promotions are attractive price packages, discounts, and vouchers."
