"This thesis discusses about how to select partners in the supply of land rigs based on the criteria for the administrative evaluation, technical evaluation and financial evaluation, using the Analytic Network Process (ANP).
Results of this study indicate that the technical evaluation has the highest weighting, followed by administration evaluation and financial evaluation; and the most influential sub criteria are the rig equipment.

Tesis ini membahas mengenai cara untuk memilih mitra kerja dalam penyediaan rig darat berdasarkan kriteria pada evaluasi administrasi, evaluasi teknis, dan evaluasi harga, dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi teknis mempunyai bobot tertinggi, diikuti oleh evaluasi administrasi dan evaluasi harga; dan sub kriteria yang paling berpengaruh adalah peralatan rig.

"Menjaga loyalitas customer menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan sebuah perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) agar dapat bersaing di pasaran. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalah dengan meningkatkan Order Fill Rate (OFR) kepada customer. Analisis terhadap faktorfaktor yang memengaruhi OFR serta hubungannya satu sama lain dibutuhkan agar perusahaan dapat menentukan strategi yang paling tepat untuk meningkatkan OFR.
Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada sebuah perusahaan FMCG yang telah berkecimpung di industri consumer goods skala global selama lebih dari 170 tahun. Analisis mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi OFR serta hubungannya satu sama lain dan pemilihan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan OFR dilakukan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa forecast merupakan faktor yang paling penting serta memengaruhi faktor lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan OFR. Penelitian ini juga menunujukan bahwa strategi peningkatan OFR yang paling tepat adalah strategi The Concept of Pooling dan strategi ABC Classification.

Maintaining customer loyalty becomes an important thing for a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in order to compete in the market. One of the things that can be done by a FMCG company is improve their Order Fill Rate (OFR). Analysis of the factors affecting the OFR and its relationship to one another is needed so the company can determine the most appropriate strategy to improve their OFR.
This research took a place in a company that has been in the consumer goods industry on a global scale for more than 170 years. Analysis on the factors that influenced the OFR and its relationship to each other and also the selection of an appropriate strategy to improve OFR is performed using Analytic Network Process (ANP).
Research results show that forecast is the most important factor and also the most influencing factor to other factors in an attempt to improve OFR. This research also shows that the most appropriate strategies to improve OFR are The Concept of Pooling strategy and ABC Classification strategy.

"Reverse e-auction is a popular electronic procurement method that recently used because it produces cost saving, process eficiency, and transparency. In reverse e-auction, buyer as the auctioneer conduct an event to compete sellers as the bidders in web based auction with price as the only negotiable attribute. Thus, reverse e-auction can create loss if not used in proper condition, because of its limited power for considering more than one attribute. Case study in PTI X reveals disadvantages of reverse eauction for some products procured Therefore, multiattribute auction as the extension of reverse eauction, which enables multiattribute negotiable dimension, is needed To know the proper attributes and their weights, Analytic Network Process (ANP) is used ANP is also useful to show interdependencies between elements. According to the ANP result, price is an independence attribute, so that it does not have any weights. Other attributes that have the biggest until the smallest weights are delivery, product quality, and management quality. Multiattribute auction proposed is English auction ruled with three attributes: price, delivery, and product quality. For having an insignificant weight, management quality is only proposed to be an early consideration for buyer. Recommendations also consist of information revelation and content of user interface."
