Hubungan Karakteristik Inovasi dengan Keputusan Adopsi Inovasi Layanan Aplikasi C-Access oleh Pengguna KRL Jabodetabek = The Relationship between Innovation Characteristics and the Decision to Adopt C-Access Application Service Innovations by Jabodetabek KRL Users
"Inovasi Aplikasi C-Access disebut sebagai inovasi layanan karena merupakan bentuk modifikasi dari gagasan sebelumnya, yaitu KRL Access. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antara karakteristik inovasi dengan keputusan adopsi inovasi layanan Aplikasi C-Access oleh pengguna KRL Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian bivariat dengan menggunakan dua variabel yang terdapat dalam teori difusi inovasi oleh Rogers (2003), yaitu variabel karakteristik inovasi dan keputusan adopsi inovasi. Variabel karakteristik inovasi terbagi menjadi empat dimensi, yaitu relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, dan observability. Lalu variabel keputusan adopsi inovasi terbagi menjadi empat dimensi, yaitu continued adoption, later adoption, replacement discontinuance, dan disenchantment discontinuance. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data mixed methods, yaitu dengan memperoleh data kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui survei dan wawancara. Survei dilakukan secara daring melalui platform Survey Monkey dengan menghasilkan sebanyak 103 responden. Selain itu, dilakukan juga wawancara dengan Tim Humas PT KCI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik inovasi berhubungan dengan keputusan adopsi inovasi layanan Aplikasi C-Access oleh pengguna KRL Jabodetabek, dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungannya adalah moderat (sedang). Kemudian, arah hubungan antara kedua variabel adalah positif atau searah. Hasil ini diperoleh melalui uji korelasi Somers’d. Penelitian ini juga menemukan novelty (kebaruan) yaitu dimensi baru dalam keputusan adopsi inovasi yang disebut sebagai discontinuance lainnya. Penelitian di masa depan disarankan untuk mengembangkan penemuan tersebut lebih lanjut.
The C-Access Application Innovation is referred to as a service innovation because it is a modified form of the previous idea, namely KRL Access. This study describes the relationship between the characteristics of innovation and the decision to adopt the C-Access Application service innovation by Jabodetabek KRL users. This research is a bivariate study using two variables contained in the theory of innovation diffusion by Rogers (2003), namely the variable characteristics of innovation and innovation adoption decisions. The innovation characteristics variable is divided into four dimensions, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, and observability. Then the innovation adoption decision variable is divided into four dimensions, namely continued adoption, later adoption, replacement discontinuance, and disenchantment discontinuance. This study uses mixed methods data collection techniques, namely by obtaining quantitative and qualitative data through surveys and interviews. The survey was conducted online through the Survey Monkey platform by producing 103 respondents. In addition, an interview was also conducted with the PT KCI Public Relations Team. The results show that the characteristics of innovation are related to the decision to adopt the C-Access Application service innovation by Jabodetabek KRL users, with a moderate level of relationship strength. Then, the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive or unidirectional. These results were obtained through the Somers'd correlation test. This study also found novelty, which is a new dimension in innovation adoption decisions which is referred to as other discontinuance. Future research is suggested to further develop the findings."

"Tanggung jawab dan tuntutan ganti rugi penyedia aplikasi merupakan hal penting untuk diketahui oleh masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan jasa transportasi berbasis teknologi informasi yang mana dapat ditemukan dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dikeluarkan oleh penyedia aplikasi pada website masing-masing penyedia aplikasi, khususnya terhadap konsumen yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan sebagaimana yang menjadi inti dari penelitian ini. Selain membandingkan syarat dan ketentuan dua penyedia aplikasi, penelitian ini juga membahas permasalahan mengenai permintaan tuntutan ganti rugi kepada dua penyedia aplikasi. Adapun metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan alat pengumpulan data primer yaitu studi dokumen dan wawancara. Sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah lebih dalam mengenai perbandingan tanggung jawab dua penyedia aplikasi terhadap para konsumen yang mengalami kecelakaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan ketika menggunakan layanan transportasi yang ditawarkan oleh penyedia aplikasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dan persamaan antara dua penyedia aplikasi yang Penulis tinjau. Selain itu, diketahui dalam penelitian ini bahwa penyedia aplikasi tidak dapat dituntut rugi oleh konsumen yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan ketika mengalami kecelakaan saat menggunakan layanan jasa transportasi yang ditawarkan oleh penyedia aplikasi.
The liability and claim for compensation of application provider are important aspects to be acknowledged by the people when using the online transportation services which can be found through the terms and conditions made by the application providers on each of application provider 39 s website, especially for the consumers who do not comply with the terms and conditions. Other than comparing the terms and conditions of two application provers, this research will also discuss about the claim for compensation for the two application providers. The research rsquo s method is analytical descriptive with the primary data collection tool is document studies and interview. While the secondary data is collected through literature studies and juridical normative approach. This research 39 s goal is to review much deeper about the comparison between two application providers rsquo liability towards its consumers who do not comply with the terms and conditions who also undergo an accident while using the transportation service offered by the application provider. From this research, writers will be able to know that there are differences and also similarities between the two application providers rsquo terms and conditions. Other than that, the writers will also know that the application providers can not be claimed for compensation by the consumers who do not comply with the terms and conditions when undergo accident while using the online transportation services offered by the application providers."
