"July 2007 is the beginning of the world's subprime mortgage crisis.  Since then, the world's liquidity crisis occurred and never found any solution until now.  The liquidity crisis began to spread developed countries to poor countries, developing countries and emerging markets with two channels. This contagious crisis made growing economy and emerging economy fell.  No country in the world survived, including Indonesia.  This paper discussed the management of investments in Indonesia. It started from the spread of global crisis to Indonesia and its impact on investment in Indonesia.  Then, we discussed the government's efforts to encourage investment.  The last was the view of the investment for the next three years (2010-2014)."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai risiko terhadap Proyek Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha yang diprakarsai oleh Badan Usaha (unsolicited), khususnya dalam Proyek unsolicited SPAM Kota Dumai yang tidak memperoleh dukungan pemerintah berupa dukungan kelayakan (viability gap fund) dan ketersediaan layanan (availibility payment), serta tidak memperoleh jaminan pemerintah. Melalui Tesis ini akan menjelaskan penyusunan kajian risiko yang memuat strategi mitigasi risiko dan alokasi risiko yang tepat, sehingga dapat mengetahui risiko hukum terhadap Investasi dalam suatu proyek karena kajian risiko merupakan kunci dalam rangka menjamin tingkat pengembalian investasi khususnya dalam Proyek KPBU SPAM Kota Dumai. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa metode penelitian yuridis-normatif yang merupakan penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder sebagai bahan dasar untuk diteliti dengan cara mengadakan penelusuran terhadap peraturan-peraturan dan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat eksplanatoris yang menggambarkan atau menjelaskan lebih dalam suatu gejala. Adapun jenis data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Seperti dokumen-dokumen resmi, literatur, dan buku-buku yang relevan mengenai hukum penanaman modal khususnya mengenai Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha.......This thesis discusses the risks to the Public Private Partnership initiated by Business Entities or unsolicited, especially in the unsolicited Project of SPAM in Dumai City Project which does not receive government support in the form of viability gap funds and availability payment, as well as did not get government guarantees. Through this thesis, it will explain the preparation of risk studies that contain risk mitigation strategies and appropriate risk allocation, so that they can find out the legal risks to investment in a project because risk assessment is the key in order to guarantee investment returns, especially in the PPP Project of SPAM in Dumai City. The research method that will be used in this research is a juridical-normative research method which is a legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as a basic material to be investigated by conducting a search of the regulations and literature relating to the problem researched. This research is an explanatory research that describes or explains more deeply a symptom. The type of data needed in this research is secondary data, that is data obtained through literature study. Such as official documents, literature, and relevant books on investment law, especially regarding Public Private Partnership."
