"Kanker payudara merupakan penyebab kematian sebanyak 7,4 juta kasus didunia berdasarkan data dari Organisasi Kesehatan Sedunia (WHO) pada tahun 2004 yaitu mencakupi kira-kira 13% dari semua jenis kematian global. Luka kanker payudara merupakan infiltrasi sel tumor yang merusak lapisan epidermis dan dermis yang disebabkan oleh deposisi dan atau proliferasi sel ganas dengan bentuk menonjol atau tidak beraturan. Luka kanker payudara termasuk jenis luka kronik yang sukar sembuh. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien kanker payudara khususnya yang memiliki luka kanker pada Ny. C (45 th) yang dirawat di lantai 5 bedah RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Evaluasi asuhan keperawatan menunjukkan bahwa klien yang memiliki luka kanker payudara memiliki resiko terjadi infeksi. Oleh karena itu penulis memaparkan karya ilmiah akhir ners ini yang bertujuan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada perawat agar memperhatikan tanda-tanda infeksi pada luka kanker dan melakukan perawatan luka dengan menggunakan terapi terapi antibiotic topical.

Breast cancer is a cause of death of as many as 7.4 million cases in the world based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2004, which covers approximately 13% of all global deaths. Cuts breast cancer is infiltrating tumor cells that destroy the epidermis and dermis caused by deposition and or proliferation of malignant cells with prominent or irregular in shape. Injuries, including the type of breast cancer that is difficult to heal chronic wounds.

This research aims to analyze the nursing care for breast cancer patients, particularly those with cancer sores on Ny. C (45 years old) who were admitted to the on surgical ward 5 th floor 5 RSPAD Gatot Subroto. Evaluation of nursing care showed that clients who have breast cancer have a risk of wound infection. Therefore, the author describes the scientific work which aims to end the nurses can give an idea to the nurse to watch for signs of wound infection, cancer and wound care therapy using topical antibiotic therapy."

"ABSTRAKLaporan ini merupakan rangkuman kegiatan praktek residensi ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas selama satu tahun untuk menerapkan peran dan fungsi perawat maternitas dengan fokus penerapan teori model keperawatan konservasi Levine pada pasien dengan kanker ovarium sebelum operasi. Penerapan teori konservasi Levine ini bertujuan agar perawat dapat membantu perempuan dengan kanker ovarium melakukan konservasi menggunakan sumber daya yang dimilikinya dalam menghadapi penyakitnya, sehingga dapat beradaptasi dan mencapai keutuhan. Selain itu dilaporkan juga tentang kegiatan pencapaian kompetensi perawat spesialis maternitas sebagai pemberi asuhan, konselor, pendidik, advokat, kolaborator, peneliti dan change agent serta proyek inovasi yang dilakukan di lahan praktik. "Penerapan teori keperawatan konservasi dan efikasi diri padaasuhan keperawatan pasien kanker serviks dengan perdarahan Kanker serviks merupakan salahsatu penyakit kronik pada perempuan dengan berbagai gejala sepanjang hidup pasien. Salah satu gejala yang paling sering muncul, yaitu perdarahan. Perdarahan pada pasien kanker serviks dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan dan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Proses adaptasi terhadap gejala merupakan bagian penting yang menjadi tanggung jawab pasien dengan penyakit kronis seperti kanker serviks. Model konservasi dan efikasi diri membantu perawat melalui kerangka kerja berdasarkan keempat prinsip konservasi yang diintegrasikan dengan keempat komponen efikasi diri. Integrasi kedua model ini dapat mewakili pandangan individu secara holistik, aktif, dan mandiri, serta melibatkan partisipasi secara aktif dari pasien dalam menyusun rencana keperawatan. Hal ini dapat membantu pasien untuk mengelola kehidupannya secara normal agar dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan status kesehatannya. Laporan akhir residensi juga memaparkan capaian target 100 untuk target kompetensi pada lahan praktik yang digunakan.

The application nursing theory of conservation and self efficacy in nursing care of cervical cancer patients with bleeding Cervical cancer is one of the main women chronic diseases with a variety of symptoms throughout the patient 39 s life. Bleeding is one of the most frequent symptoms appear. Cervical cancer patients with bleeding can lead to fatigue and affects the quality of life. The adaptation of symptoms is an important which is the responsibility of patients with chronic diseases such as cervical cancer. The integration theory of conservation and self efficacy assist nurses through a framework based on four principles of conservation and four components of self efficacy. The integration can represent the views of individual holistically, active, independent, and involves the active participation of the patient in the nursing plan. This can help patients to manage a normal life in order to survive and improve their health status. The final report also describes residency target achievement of 100 of the target competence in land use practices."

"Masyarakat perkotaan berisiko mengalami masalah kesehatan seiring dengan lingkungan, sosial, dan gaya hidup yang kurang sehat. Berbagai polutan, kondisi sosial penyebab stres, serta diet dan aktivitas fisik yang tidak seimbang menjadi penyebab berkembangnya penyakit tidak menular pada masyarakat perkotaan, salah satunya kanker kolorektal. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pada pasien kelolaan selama menjalankan praktik klinik. Data difokuskan pada satu pasien kelolaan dengan tujuan melakukan analisis intervensi terapi nutrisi pada pasien kanker kolorektal pro tutup kolostomi di rumah sakit rujukan nasional Jakarta. Pasien dengan keganasan dan pembedahan membutuhkan terapi nutrisi yang mendukung pemulihan. Perawat dan tenaga kesehatan lain berkolaborasi untuk menunjang keadekuatan nutrisi pasien.

Urban communities are at risk of developing health problem along with unhealthy environmental, social factor, and bad lifestyle. Various pollutants, stressful social conditions, and unbalanced diet and physical activity are the causes of the developing non-communicable diseases in urban communities, one of them is colorectal cancer. This sicentific paper used experiment design in managed patients during clinical study. The data was focused on one patient with the aim of analyzing nutritional therapy interventions in colostomy pro-closure colorectal cancer patients at the Jakarta national referral hospital. Patients with malignancy and surgery need nutritional therapy that encourages recovery. Nurses and other health workers collaborate to support the patients nutritional strength."

"Kanker kolorektal merupakan penyakit keganasan yang menduduki posisi ke-empat di Indonesia. Salah satu penatalaksanaan kanker kolorektal adalah pembedahan. Pasien pascapembedahan kemungkinan akan mengalami nyeri dengan intensitas yang tinggi. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kasus pasien dengan kanker kolorektal pasca pembedahan laparatomi dan penerapan intervensi relaksasi napas dalam pada manajemen nyeri. Relaksasi napas dalam dilakukan sebagai manajemen nonfarmakologi  nyeri akut pascapembedahan. Penerapan relaksasi napas dalam dilakukan selama tiga hari berturut-turut sampai pasien dipulangkan. Hasil intervensi menunjukan adanya nyeri yang terkontrol pada pasien dibuktikan dengan kemampuan ambulasi pasien yang meningkat dan tanda-tanda vital yang stabil. Penulis merekomendasikan pemberian relaksasi napas untuk manajemen nyeri nonfarmakologis pada pasien pascapembedahan khususnya laparatomi.

Colorectal cancer is the fourth position in cancer disease in Indonesia. One of the treatments for colorectal cancer is surgery. Post operative patients will likely experience pain of high intensity. This paper is a case study which aimed to analyse cases of patients with colorectal cancer after laparotomy surgery and the implementation of deep breath relaxation for pain management. Deep breathing relaxation is implemented as non-pharmacological management of post operative acute pain. The deep breath relaxation intervention is was conducted  for three consecutive days until the patient was discharged. The results showed that the pain can be controlled which was shown by the increased of patient ambulation and stable vital signs. The author recommend giving breath relaxation for nonpharmacological pain management in post aoperative patients, especially patient with laparotomy."
