"Chronic hepatitis C virus : lessons from the past, promise for the future documents the monumental advances that have been made in our understanding of chronic HCV during the past decade. The first section reviews the natural history of chronic HCV, how this virus can affect other organs in addition to the liver, and whether treating chronic HCV alters the natural history of this disease. Section 2 reviews the advances that have been made in the treatment of chronic HCV during the past decade with interferon based therapy. Separate chapters on response guided therapy and how to manage the adverse events associated with these medications provide the physician with the concepts required to more effectively treat chronic HCV now and in the future. As the genetics of virologic response have recently been elucidated, a chapter is devoted to helping the clinician understand how genes that modulate disease processes and their treatment are identified and utilized in clinical care. Section 3 deals with the future of HCV treatment and specific inhibitors of HCV. Specific chapters explain how targets for drugs are identified and how drugs are then developed and tested; how mutations of HCV develop and how anti-viral agents will affect this process; the most up to date data regarding the treatment of chronic HCV with peginterferon, ribavirin and anti-viral agents; and the potential to treat chronic HCV with just oral anti-viral agents and without peginterferon and ribavirin in the future. The final section of this book covers issues related to liver transplantation in patients with chronic HCV. Separate chapters review the natural history of chronic HCV in liver transplant recipients and the impact of utilizing HCV positive donors. The volume concludes with chapters that cover the treatment of chronic HCV both prior to and after liver transplantation with potent anti-viral agents. Chronic hepatitis C virus : lessons from the past, promise for the future is a valuable resource for all physicians caring for patients with chronic HCV."

"Penyakit Tidak Menular PTM merupakan penyebab utama kematian di dunia. PTM atau penyakit kronis ini tidak dapat disembuhkan sehingga dibutuhkan penanganan khusus. Prevalensi PTM di DKI Jakarta paling tinggi di Jakarta Selatan. Program rujuk balik merupakan program BPJS Kesehatan untuk menangani peserta dengan penyakit kronis yang sudah dinyatakan stabil dan telah dirujuk kembali ke faskes primer.
Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui implementasi pelaksanaan PRB di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi program rujuk balik sudah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan namun masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya terutama obat-obatan. Untuk itu perlu adanya perhatian untuk memenuhi obat-obatan agar PRB berjalan dengan efektif.

Non-Communicable diseases (NCD) also known as chronic diseases are by far the leading cause of death in the world. The disease generally takes place in a long period of time. The prevalence of NCD in DKI Jakarta is highest in South Jakarta. The Counter Referral Program CRP is BPJS Kesehatan rsquo s program to accommodate people with chronic diseases that has been declared stable and has been referred back to primary health care.
The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of CRP in working area of BPJS Kesehatan in South Jakarta.
The results showed that the implementation of CRP has been running in accordance with the provisions but there are still obstacles in the implementation, especially in medicines. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to fulfill medicines so that CRP will be effective.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan evaluasi input, process, dan output dari implementasi Prolanis pada FKTP di wilayah BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Depok tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 70 dari 104 FKTP telah melaksanakan Prolanis, namun belum didukung dengan ketersedian buku pedoman Prolanis secara lengkap, fasilitas yang belum memadai, dan ketidaklengkapan alat untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan di empat FKTP tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Kegiatan Home visit dan Reminder SMS Gateway belum terlaksana di sebagian FKTP. Selain itu, berdasarkan analisis data sekunder hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan gula darah peserta selama 4 bulan didapatkan bahwa status kesehatan peserta beragam dan masih terdapat peserta dengan kadar gula darah dan tekanan darah yang belum terkendali karena melebihi batas kriteria pengendalian DM Tipe 2 dan Hipertensi.

This research aims to get input, process, and output evaluation from Prolanis implementation at primary health facilities that cooperated with BPJS Kesehatan, Branch Office Depok in 2017. This is a qualitative research that use in depth interviews, observation, and document reviews methodology. The result shows that 70 of 104 primary health facilities have implemented Prolanis, but are not supported by the availability of completed Prolanis guidebooks, inadequate facilities, and incomplete medical devices for health checks at the four primary health facilities where this research was conducted. 'Home visit' and 'Reminder SMS Gateway' activities have not been done in some primary health facilities. And, based on secondary data analysis of blood pressure and blood glucose test results for 4 months, it was found that the participant 39 s health status varies and there are still participants with uncontrolled blood sugar and blood pressure levels, as it exceeded the limits of the controlled DM Type 2 and Hypertension criteria."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui impelementasi Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) di BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Timur Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen.
Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada masalah dalam sisi komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap implementor, struktur birokrasi dan implementasi kegiatan Prolanis. Peneliti menyarankan agar dilakukan upaya perbaikan dalam hal sosialisasi, komitmen penyediaan obat, pembuatan SOP pelaksanaan kegiatan Prolanis, anggaran khusus Prolanis dan sebuah aplikasi yang menunjang kegiatan Prolanis.

The purpose of this research is to determine Implementation of Chronic Disease Management Programe (Prolanis) at BPJS Kesehatan, Branch Office, East Jakarta, 2016. This study used qualitative method, data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documents analysis.
Result of this study found that there are problems in communication, resources, bureaucracy structure, attitude implementor and implementation of activities Prolanis. Researches suggest that do improvements in terms of socialization, the commitments, manufacture of SOP implementation, budgets of all activities prolani and an application programe for prolanis.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna pelayanan Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis Prolanis BPJS Kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Puskesmas dan klinik pratama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner ke responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan pengguna pelayanan Prolanis terhadap dimensi responsiveness sebesar 73,6 di Puskesmas, sedangkan di klinik pratama 58,3. Kepuasan terhadap dimensi reliability sebesar 76,4 di Puskesmas, sedangkan di klinik pratama 73,3. Kepuasan terhadap dimensi assurance sebesar 76,4 di Puskesmas, sedangkan di klinik pratama 75. Kepuasan terhadap dimensi empathy sebesar 83,3 di Puskesmas, sedangkan di klinik pratama 61,7. Kepuasan terhadap dimensi tangible sebesar 73,6 di Puskesmas, sedangkan di klinik pratama 65. Berdasarkan kelima dimensi didapatkan kepuasan total pada Puskesmas lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada klinik pratama.

This study aims to determine the user satisfaction level of Chronic Disease Management Program Prolanis BPJS Kesehatan services which organized by Puskesmas and primary clinics. Type of this research is quantitative using cross sectional design. This study used primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires to respondents. The results show that user satisfaction level of Prolanis services for the responsiveness dimension was 73,6 in Puskesmas, while in primary clinics was 58,3. Satisfaction with reliability dimension was 76,4 in Puskesmas, while in primary clinics was 73,3. Satisfaction with assurance dimension was 76,4 in Puskesmas, while in primary clinics was 75. Satisfaction with empathy dimension was 83,3 in Puskesmas, while in primary clinics was 61,7. Satisfaction with tangible dimension was 73,6 in Puskesmas, while in primary clinics was 65. Based on those dimensions, total satisfaction at Puskesmas was higher than in primary clinics."
