"Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) sebagai salah satu lembaga pemerintah masih belum menerapakan digitalisasi arsip melalui Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (SRIKANDI) sebagai salah satu aplikasi umum yang wajib digunakan oleh instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan SRIKANDI masih belum diterapkan secara menyeluruh di BSSN serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi arsip digital di BSSN dengan mengintegrasikan model penerimaan yaitu DeLone and McLean dan dua variabel pada model Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption (UMEGA) yaitu Social Influence dan Commitment from Leadership. Dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) pada 138 respons valid pegawai BSSN, didapatkan hasil bahwa 7 faktor memiliki pengaruh pada penerapan SRIKANDI di BSSN yaitu manfaat bersih (dampak organisasi dan individual), komitmen dari pimpinan, pengaruh sosial, kualitas layanan, kualitas sistem, penggunaan, serta kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan teknik open coding untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang valid. Terdapat 23 rekomendasi strategi peningkatan yang dikelompokkan ke dalam aspek people, process, dan technology. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada BSSN (aspek people dan process) berupa strategi peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi arsip digital serta memberikan implikasi kepada ANRI (aspek technology) berupa rekomendasi pengembangan aplikasi SRIKANDI.

Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) has become one of the mandatory public applications for government agencies to implement the National Electronic Government System or smart government. The National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), as a government agency, has not yet implemented digital archiving through SRIKANDI. This is based on the low value of the BSSN SPBE index in 2023, especially in the field of archiving, coupled with the policy of relocating the capital city (IKN) to be implemented in 2024. This study aims to identify the factors that cause SRIKANDI to not be implemented comprehensively at BSSN and to provide recommendations for optimizing the implementation of digital archives at BSSN by integrating the DeLone and McLean acceptance model with two variables in the Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption (UMEGA), namely Social Influence and Commitment from Leadership. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on 138 valid responses from BSSN employees, it was found that 7 factors have an influence on the implementation of SRIKANDI at BSSN, namely net benefits (organizational and individual impacts), commitment from leadership, social influence, service quality, system quality, usage, and user satisfaction. The research was continued using the open coding technique to obtain recommendations for optimization strategies based on the results of valid hypothesis tests. There are 23 recommendations for optimization strategies grouped into people, process, and technology aspects. This research has implications for BSSN (people and process aspects) in the form of strategies for optimizing the implementation of digital archives so that the BSSN SPBE index value is achieved by increasing the use of SRIKANDI and can implement smart government in IKN and provide implications for ANRI (technology aspects) in the form of recommendations for the development of the SRIKANDI application."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses preservasi terhadap koleksi foto di Perpustakaan BRIN berdasarkan pendapat Bertrand Lavédrine et al., (2003) yaitu berkaitan dengan perlindungan terhadap koleksi foto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kajian dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan BRIN telah melakukan tindakan preservasi terhadap koleksi foto melalui kegiatan alih media dengan tujuan untuk mempertahankan informasi yang terdapat di koleksi foto dan memudahkan temu kembali informasi untuk periset di bawah naungan BRIN, namun masih terdapat beberapa tindakan yang perlu dievaluasi dan dikembangkan untuk kegiatan preservasi terhadap koleksi foto yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan BRIN, yaitu belum adanya tempat penyimpanan koleksi foto yang memadai dan kurangnya alat yang mendukung kegiatan alih media koleksi foto. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada Perpustakaan BRIN dan cabang perpustakaan di bawah naungan BRIN. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk perpustakaan dan pustakawan yang melakukan preservasi terhadap koleksi foto dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan preservasi terhadap koleksi foto. Penelitian ini berfokus dengan kegiatan preservasi terhadap koleksi foto di perpustakaan, khususnya pada perpustakaan khusus.

This research aims to identify the preservation process of photo collections at BRIN Library based on the opinion of Bertrand Lavédrine et al. (2003), which is related to the protection of collections. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document review. The results showed that BRIN Library has carried out preservation actions for photo collections through digitization activities with the aim of maintaining the information contained in photo collections and facilitating information retrieval for researchers under BRIN, but there are still several actions that need to be evaluated and developed for preservation activities for photo collections carried out by BRIN Library, namely the absence of adequate photo collection storage and the lack of tools that support photo collection digitization activities. This research is limited to BRIN Library and branch libraries under BRIN. This research can be useful for libraries and librarians who conduct preservation of photo collections with the aim of improving the quality of preservation activities for photo collections. Preservation of library materials is one of the activities that can be carried out by the library. This research focuses on preservation activities for photo collections in libraries, especially in special libraries."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses digitisasi arsip surat kabar yang dilakukan di Pusat Informasi Kompas (disingkat PIK) sebagai upaya pelestarian koleksi. Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi dan informasi, hal ini turut dirasakan dalam ranah media pers. Salah satunya dalam hal pengelolaan surat kabar yang bergerak maju ke era digital dari yang sebelumnya hanya menggunakan bentuk tercetak saja. Digitisasi merupakan langkah nyata yang dilakukan PIK dalam kegiatan layanan surat kabar dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir penggunaan koleksi asli secara langsung yang riskan terhadap kerusakan. Digitisasi dilakukan agar isi informasi dan nilai guna koleksi tetap terjaga serta untuk memperpanjang usia koleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses digitisasi arsip Surat Kabar Kompas sebagai upaya pelestarian koleksi di PIK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PIK telah melakukan proses digitisasi surat kabar dengan metode fotografi dalam langkah alih medianya, serta melakukan proses penyimpanan koleksi secara digital berbasis website. Proses digitisasi di PIK akan dijelaskan melalui pedoman The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA): Guidelines for Planning the Digitization of Rare Book and Manuscript Collections Tahun 2014.

This study discusses the digitization process of newspaper archives implemented by Pusat Informasi Kompas ((abbreviated as PIK) as an effort to preserve the collection. In line with the rapid advancement of technology and information, the press media sector has also affected. One of these advancements is in the management of newspapers, which are progressing into the digital era from previously only existing in printed form. Digitization is a concrete measure implemented by PIK in service activities to minimize the direct use of original collections to reduce any damage. The digitization aims to preserve the informational content and utility value of the collection, thereby extending its lifespan. This study purposed to identify the digitization process of the Surat Kabar Kompas as part of the collection preservation efforts at PIK. This study use qualitative methods, through interviews and observations. The results of this research indicate that PIK has implemented the digitization of newspapers through the photography method for the media transfer step, furthermore, they have set up a web-based system for storing digital collections. The digitization process at PIK will be explained through the guidelines of The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA): Guidelines for Planning the Digitization of Rare Book and Manuscript Collections in 2014."
