Abstrak :
Kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilaksanakan di apotek salah satunya mencakup pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Resep yang dilayani di apotek cukup beragam, mulai dari resep untuk penyakit akut maupun kronis seperti diabetes.Tujuan dari skrining dan analisis resep obat antidiabetes adalah untuk mengetahui obat antidiabetes yang diresepkan oleh dokter, mengetahui jumlah resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetes, serta menilai kerasionalan penggunaan obat antidiabetes pada resep yang dilayani di Apotek Roxy Biak selama periode Juli 2022. Dari seluruh resep yang masuk selama periode tersebut, resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetes dicatat dan dikumpulkan data, kemudian dipilih dua resep untuk dikaji kelengkapan resep berdasarkan aspek administratif, farmasetik, serta klinis. Pengkajian 2 (dua) resep antidiabetes di Apotek Roxy Biak dilihat dari aspek administratif, farmasetika dan klinis sudah sesuai. Namun pada aspek administratif penulisan umur dan berat badan pasien tidak dituliskan. Aspek administratif terkait umur dan berat badan perlu dikonfirmasi kembali kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien yang mengambil obat di apotek, hal ini penting untuk mengkaji ketepatan pengobatan yang akan diterima oleh pasien. ......One of the clinical pharmacy service activities carried out in pharmacies includes assessment and prescription services. The purpose of screening and analysis of anti-diabetic drug prescriptions is to find out the anti-diabetic drugs prescribed by doctors, to find out the number of prescriptions containing anti-diabetic drugs, and to assess the rationale for drug use. antidiabetic prescriptions served at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy during the period July 2022. Of all prescriptions received during this period, prescriptions containing antidiabetic drugs were recorded and data collected, then two recipes were selected to review the completeness of the prescription based on administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The review of 2 (two) antidiabetic prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy from an administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical perspective was appropriate. However, in the administrative aspect, the patient's age and weight were not written down. Administrative aspects related to age and weight need to be confirmed again with the patient or the patient's family who picks up the drug at the pharmacy, this is important to assess the accuracy of the treatment that the patient will receive.

Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit mempunyai standar yang sudah ditetapkan salah satunya pada bidang farmasi klinik yaitu adalah pelayanan resep, dimana terdapat proses screening resep dan membutuhkan waktu pelayanan. Pada peresepan yang diberikan oleh dokter, seringkali ditemukan interaksi obat yang dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah sehingga screening resep sangat diperlukan, sedangkan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep adalah tenggang waktu mulai dari pasien menyerahkan resep sampai pasien menerima obat dari petugas farmasi. Menurut SPM waktu tunggu pelayanan resep dari RSAB Harapan Kita terdapat 45,56% resep racikan dan 42,89% resep obat jadi yang sesuai. Sedangkan berdasarkan SPM Permenkes terdapat 70% resep obat racikan dan 69,81% resep obat jadi yang sesuai. 2. Interaksi obat pada peresepan pasien di instalasi rawat inap RSAB Harapan Kita dibagi menjadi 5 kategori. Pada kategori A ditemukan interaksi sebesar 1,18%, kategori B sebesar 16,47%, kategori C sebesar 75,29%, kategori D sebesar 5,88%  dan kategori X sebesar 1,8%. ......Pharmaceutical services in hospitals have predetermined standards, one of which is in the field of clinical pharmacy, namely prescription services, where there is a prescription screening process and requires service time.
