Abstrak :
Setiap bahasa memiliki sistem yang berbeda dalam menyusun kalimat kala lampau. Dalam bahasa Belanda terdapat seperangkat aturan linguistik yang perlu diperhatikan untuk dapat membuat kalimat kala lampau dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan kalimat kala lampau bahasa Belanda imperfectum dan perfectum oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan data berupa transkrip hasil berbicara 8 mahasiswa semester 4 tahun ajar 2021/2022 Program Studi Belanda FIB UI, yang dianalisis menggunakan teori surface strategy taxonomy oleh Dulay, dkk (1982) beserta aturan pembentukan kalimat imperfectum dan perfectum oleh Ridwansyah (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 tipe kesalahan yang dilakukan yaitu kesalahan penghilangan, penambahan, dan kesalahan bentuk, dengan frekuensi kesalahan terbanyak berupa kesalahan bentuk. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kesalahan adalah kecenderungan mahasiswa yang mengacu pada aturan tata bahasa ibu yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa asing pertama yaitu bahasa Inggris, serta kurangnya perhatian pada kata kerja tidak teratur dan kesesuaian kata kerja bantu. ......Every language has a set of distinguished systems in constructing past tense sentences. There’s a set of linguistic rules that need to be considered in order to produce a correct form of past tense sentences in Dutch language. This study aims to understand the usage of imperfectum and perfectum of students in the Dutch past tense sentences. Using a descriptive method with data in the form of speaking transcripts by 8 students of the 4th semester Dutch Study Program FIB UI academic year 2021/2022, analyzed using the surface strategy taxonomy theory by Dulay, et al (1982) along with the rules of imperfectum and perfectum sentence formation by Ridwansyah (2008). The results showed that there were 3 types of errors, namely omission, addition, and misformation, with the highest frequency of errors in the form of misformation. Factors that influence the occurrence of errors are the tendency of students to refer to the grammar rules of the mother tongue, namely Indonesian and the first foreign language, namely English, as well as the lack of attention to irregular verbs and the suitability of auxiliary verbs.

Kata slang merupakan ragam bahasa informal bersifat tidak baku dan hanya terjadi dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Pemakaian bahasa ini mempunyai fungsi internal yang hanya digunakan oleh kelompok sosial tertentu yang membuat kelompok sosial lain tidak memahaminya. YouTube menjadi salah satu media sosial yang menyediakan informasi berupa tontonan video-video secara praktis dapat diakses oleh pengguna YouTube. Saluran YouTube Dutchies to Be memuat video-video yang mengajarkan bahasa Belanda dengan Kim Jautze sebagai pengajar. Salah satu materi ajar dalam video tersebut adalah pengenalan kata slang dalam bahasa Belanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengajaran kata slang bahasa Belanda oleh Kim Jautze melalui video ajar saluran YouTube Dutchies to Be - Learn Dutch with Kim sesuai dengan model pembelajaran Input Processing (IP) dan Structured Input Activities (SI). Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, hasil yang ditemukan adalah bahwa pengajar yakni Kim Jautze tidak secara menyeluruh mengikuti teori IP dan SI. ......Slang is a variety of informal language that is not standard and only occurs within a certain period of time. The use of this language has an internal function that is only used by certain social groups that make other social groups do not understand it. YouTube is one of the social media that provides information in the form of watching videos that can be practically accessed by YouTube users. The Dutchies to Be YouTube channel contains videos that teach Dutch with Kim Jautze as a teacher. One of the teaching materials in the video is the introduction of slang words in Dutch. This study aims to determine whether the teaching of Dutch slang words by Kim Jautze through the YouTube channel Dutchies to Be - Learn Dutch with Kim is in accordance with the Input Processing (IP) and Structured Input Activities (SI) learning models. By using a qualitative descriptive method, the results found are that the teacher, namely Kim Jautze, does not completely follow the IP and SI theory.

Pemahaman akan tata bahasa yang baik merupakan aspek penting dalam mempelajari bahasa asing. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan materi ajar yang menggunakan pendekatan tepat untuk menciptakan soal latihan yang ideal. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan Focus on Meaning (FoM) dan Focus on Forms (FoFS) dalam latihan gramatika pada Tekstboek dan Werkboek Contact! Deel 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penjabaran deskriptif yang difokuskan kepada analisis instruksi soal kala gramatika atau werkwoordstijden. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperlihatkan adanya kepatuhan instruksi soal-soal kala gramatika waktu terhadap konsep Focus on Meaning (FoM) dan Focus on Forms (FoFS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa instruksi soal latihan kategori kala gramatika pada Tekstboek dan Werkboek Contact! Deel 2 lebih difokuskan terhadap pemahaman pelajar akan bentuk kalimat yang tepat (Focus on Forms) dibandingkan dengan fokus terhadap makna (Focus on Meaning). Soal latihan kala gramatika waktu yang fokus terhadap bentuk itu dapat terlihat dari instruksi yang diperintahkan kepada pelajar sebagai petunjuk dalam mempelajari bahasa Belanda untuk menguasai bentuk kala dalam Bahasa Belanda. ......A good understanding of grammar is an important aspect of learning a foreign language. Therefore, right teaching materials are needed as an approach to create ideal excercise questions. This study research the application of Focus on Meaning (FoM) and Focus on Forms (FoFS) in grammatical exercises in Text Book and Work Book of Contact! Deel 2. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive elaboration that focused on the analysis of tenses of time or werkwoordstijden. The purpose of this study is to show the adherence between instructions of grammatical tenses of time exercises towards Focus on Meaning (FoM) and Focus on Forms (FoFS) concept. The results of the study prove that the instruction of excercise questions in the grammar tenses of time is more focused on students' understanding of the correct sentence form (Focus on Forms) compared to focusing on meaning (Focus on Meaning). The grammar tenses of time excercises that are focused on the form can be seen from the instructions given in the textbooks in learning Dutch to master the tenses in Dutch.
