Perekonomian Indonesia telah tumbuh secara stabil semenjak dilanda krisis pada tahun 1998 dan diproyeksikan akan terus tumbuh pada masa mendatang. Pertumbuhan tersebut ditopang oleh beberapa sektor, salah satunya ialah sektor non migas yang selalu mendukung pertumbuhan tersebut. Peran pemerintah sebagai penentu kebijakan tidaklah terlepas dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terjadi. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari kebijakan pemerintah terhadap perkembangan ekonomi khususnya pada sektor non migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan model simulasi untuk melihat dampak kebijakan pemerintah. Adapun kebijakan pemerintah yang dijadikan objek penelitian ialah upah minimum, pajak, jumlah uang beredar. Model diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu alat untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah pada sektor manufaktur melalui skenario simulasi yang diterapkan

ABSTRACT
Indonesia's economy has grown steadily since the crisis in 1998 and is projected to continue to grow in the future. It is supported by several sectors, one of which is the non-oil-and-gas sector which has always supported the growth. The government's role as a policy maker could not be separated from economic growth that occurred. This research aims to look at the impact of government policies on the economic development, especially in the non-oil sector. This research used simulation models to see the impact of government policy. As for government policy that made the object of research is the minimum wage, tax, the amount of money in circulation. The model is expected to be one of the tools to analyze the government policies in the manufacturing sector through simulated scenarios were applied.
