"ABSTRAKThe purpose of this research is to examine directly the effect of region original revenue, general fund allocation, specific fund allocation and capital expenditure on economic growth, to examine directly the effect of economic growth on poverty and unemployment and examine indirectly the effect of region original revenue, general fund allocation, specific fund allocation, and capital expenditure on poverty and unemployment; and to examine directly the effect of region original revenue, general fund allocation, specific fund allocation, and capital expenditure on poverty and unemployment. The samples of study are region expense and revenue budget in 2001 - 2005 at 38 municipal. The result of study with regression was indicated that region revenue and general fund allocation have directly significant effect at level 0.01 on the economic growth, economic growth have directly significant effect at level 0.01 on the poverty, and the unemployment, the region original revenue and general fund allocation have indirectly significant effect on the poverty and the unemployment."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini bertujuan untuk memahami keputusan pembiayaan untuk proyek pelabuhan di Indonesia dari berbagai perspektif. Pemahaman mengenai masalah, hambatan, dan perbaikan pembiayaan infrastruktur pelabuhan ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan sebuah survei online dan focus group discussion FGD yang diikuti oleh para pemangku kepentingan industri pelabuhan di Indonesia. Survei ini menemukan bahwa sindikasi perbankan domestik dan skema Public-Private Partnership PPP dengan dukungan fiskal dari pemerintah adalah metode pembiayaan yang paling diharapkan. Tesis ini juga menyajikan studi kasus dari sebuah proyek terminal container dengan membangun model simulasi arus kas berdasarkan skenario pembiayaan yang berbeda untuk mengilustrasikan efektivitas dari metode alternatif, yang diharapkan pada survei, untuk membiayai proyek infrastruktur pelabuhan. Tesis ini berkontribusi dan penelitian dan praktik manajemen dengan mengungkap ekspektasi dan relaitas pembiayaan proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT This paper aims to understand the financing decision for seaport project in Indonesia from various perspectives. An online survey and a focus group discussion are conducted to gain insights from the Indonesian seaport stakeholders on the issues, barriers, and improvement of port infrastructure financing and to find out ideas on the most effective financing vehicle for port infrastructure projects. The survey finds that Indonesian domestic banks syndication and Public Private Partnership PPP schemes with government fiscal support are the two most awaited financing vehicles. In reality, however, the domestic banks have limited capacity and the PPP schemes are still ineffective. This paper presents case study of a port infrastructure project financing strategy by constructing cash flow simulation model based on different financing scenarios to illustrate the effectiveness of the alternate ways to finance seaport projects. In short, this paper contributes to the research and management practice by revealing the expectation and reality of infrastructure project financing in Indonesia."

"Bank di Indonesia telah menginisiasi kebijakan pembiayaan berkelanjutan sejak tahun 2016 yang diinisiasi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan di Indonesia. Salah satu fokus utama dari penerapan kebijakan itu pada Bank di Indonesia adalah pada industri kelapa sawit. Kebijakan keuangan berkelanjutan di Indonesia membuat Bank harus lebih memperhatikan risiko lingkungan dalam kegiatan pembiayaan. Penerbitan Laporan Keberlanjutan dan Rencana Aksi Keuangan Berkelanjutan tiap tahun juga menjadi kewajiban baru bagi Bank di Indonesia di bawah kebijakan ini. Fokus riset ini adalah untuk menganalisa kebijakan pembiayaan berkelanjutan pada industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan skema pembiayaan berkelanjutan bagi industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode campuran dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa skema terkait keberlanjutan dapat diterapkan sebagai skema pembiayaan berkelanjutan bagi Industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah target keberlanjutan yang harus diterapkan pada skema terkait keberlanjutan meliputi aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan.......Banks in Indonesia have initiated sustainable financing policies since 2016 which were initiated by the Financial Services Authority in Indonesia. One of the main focuses of implementing this policy at Banks in Indonesia is the palm oil industry. Sustainable finance policies in Indonesia require Banks to pay more attention to environmental risks in financing activities. The annual issuance of a Sustainability Report and Action Plan for Sustainable Finance is also a new obligation for Banks in Indonesia under this policy. The focus of this research is to analyze sustainable financing policies in the palm oil industry in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to produce a sustainable financing scheme for the palm oil industry in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with mixed methods in data collection. The results of this study indicate that the sustainable linked loan can be applied as a sustainable financing scheme for the palm oil industry in Indonesia. The conclusion of this research is that sustainability targets must be applied to sustainabile linked loan covering economic, social, and environmental aspects."
