"[Potensi perkembangan dunia digital di Indonesia, baik dari aspek konsumen atau pun pengiklan memberikan membuka peluang luar biasa terhadap industri media. Evolusi dan perubahan yang pesat dibidang teknologi merupakan perubahan mendasar yang mengakibatkan berubahnya kondisi pasar, iklim bisnis dan audiens media. Media elektronik seperti e-magazine merupakan sebuah inovasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahan media cetak untuk menjangkau pengguna yang lebih banyak. Namun sebuah inovasi tidak secara langsung dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna dalam melakukan pembelian e-magazine. Model penelitian yang digunakan merupakan gabungan dari model penerimaan teknologi dan resistansi inovasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kueisoner secara online melalui email dan juga menyebarkan kuesioner cetak. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Purchase intention secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh perceived ease of use dan relative advantage.

"ABSTRAK
Begitu banyaknya jumlah tunanetra di Indonesia yang mencapai 3,5 juta warga-urutan pertama di Asia dan nomor dua di dunia setelah negara-negara di Afrika Tengah sekitar gurun Sahara-tidak sebanding dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Salah satunya adalah tidak tersedianya media untuk tunanetra sebagai sumber informasi dan sarana pengembangan diri bagi mereka. Jelas, Indonesia menelantarkan hak-hak para tunanetra dalam mendapatkan fasilitas yang layak. Padahal, menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia, pasal 19 tahun 2011 menyatakan bahwa Indonesia menandatangani Convention on the Rights Persons with Disabilities (Konvensi mengenai Hak-Hak penyandang Disabilitas) pada tanggal 30 Maret 2007 di Newyork yang berisikan bahwa penandatangan menghormati, melindungi, memenuhi, dan memajukan hak-hak penyandang disabilitas. Oleh karena itu, Prototype e-magazine untuk tunanetra "NETRA MELIHAT" ini dibuat untuk mengisi kekosongan tersebut agar tunanetra dapat mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan terkait dengan isu tunanetra secara terpusat, dapat diakses dengan mudah, dan menjadi wadah aspirasi dan menampilkan karya. Kebutuhan tunanetra akan media yang terpusat untuk mereka juga dapat ditarik dari hal penilitian bahwa sebanyak NETRA MELIHAT ditujukan kepada khalayak baik perempuan maupun laki-laki dengan status sosial ekonomi A-B-C yang berumur 20-60 tahun. Interval penerbitan majalah adalah dua minggu sekali dengan tebal 26 halamn setiap edisinya.

ABSTRACT
The Big Amount of the blind in Indonesia that raised until 3,5 million people-the largest number in Asia and the second in the world after African countries-does not equal with the availability of facilities. One of the facilities that hasn't available for the blind is media--as the source of information and also a medium for people to develop them selves. It is clearly that Indonesia does not really care about their rights-to have a worthy facilitation. However, stated in 'Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia, pasal 19 tahun 2011' Indonesia signed the Convention on the Rights Persons with Disabilities (The Convention on the Rights of persons with Disabilities) on March 30, 2007 in Newyork containing that signatories to respect, protect, fulfill and promote the rights of persons with disabilities. That is why, the prototype of e-magazine for the blind Netra Melihat aimed to fill the space to facilitate the blind in searching for information that related to them centrally, in showing their works, and being a medium for their aspiration which accessible for them. The needs of media that is segmented for them is also seen by the result of the research, 87% respondents said that the segmented media for the blind is needed. The target of this prototype is for those who are blind or low vision both men and women, with the Social Economic Status A-B-C, between 20-60 years old. The Magazine publishing interval is once every two weeks with 26 pages in each edition.
