The Management wants to increase the User Computing Performance in Departement Finance, in supporting this condition needed to develop a system base on computer to support user to make optimum computing performance.
This paper intended to show how End User Computing Model, User Classification, End user Computing Type, Roles between Departement User and Departement IT.
I took a case in Departement' Finance as an object of the research. The User asked for information that can monitor and analyze cost from different angles easily and fast in different time frame.
This thesis has objectives to view End User Computing as Manager to make optimum decision to operate organization.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the factors affecting SCeLE?s user satisfaction on Accounting Department of FEB UI by applying End-User Computing Satisfaction model. The analysis is conducted by using Partial Least Square method. Factors that affect user satisfaction, based on End-User Computing Satisfaction model are consists of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This research also conducts independent sample t-test. The results showed that all of the factors which carried by End-User Computing Satisfaction model have significant impact to SCeLE?s user satisfaction. Furthermore, this research also implies that there is statistically significant difference in terms of satisfaction level between male student and female student, and there is also statistically significant difference in terms of satisfaction level between first year student and fourth year student"

by the presence of the Regional Health Information System (SIKDA). Bandung City Health Office had developed SIKDA in 2017 with the aim to support Bandung Smart City. Since SIKDA began to be used, Bandung City Health Office continues to improve quality of the system by doing monitoring and evaluation. But the problem is, this activity isn’t routinely implemented. Now, SIKDA has reached its latest update to version 2.69 but there has never been a satisfaction study conducted on this information system. Objectives: to determine satisfaction level of SIKDA user at primary health care level, and to see the effect of individual characteristics toward user satisfaction. Methods: an analitical quantitative approach with a cross sectional design, with Regional Health Information System (SIKDA Version 2.69) as the object. Results: the average respondent's satisfaction with this application was 84.17%. Chisquare test, obtained p-value < 0.005 on age, and educational background. Conclusion: the average value of SIKDA user satisfaction has reached 84.17% with the lowest average of satisfaction level is on the accuracy variable (75.54%). It’s necessary to improve the quality of several aspects available in the SIKDA application version 2.69. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between age and educational background on user satisfaction. However, there is no significant relationship between gender, training, experience, employee status, frequency of using the system, and work unit on user satisfaction."
