"Menurut data pada tahun 2018 jumlah penjualan dari foodservice di Indonesia diperkirakan akan terus mengalami pertumbuhan dengan Compunded Annual Growth Rate sebesar 7%. Kenaikan ini didorong oleh pemasaran digital word of mouth dengan aplikasi digital seperti Instagram. Dengan tingkat pertumbuhan yang tinggi tersebut tentu menjadi peluang bagi kafe masalalu untuk melakukan penambahan outlet.Masalalu café ingin mengetahui analisis dari investasi yang akan dilakukan pada daerah Bintaro. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan menganalisis dengan menggunakan Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PBP), dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Untuk mengetahui estimasi pendapatan dari masalalu peneliti akan melakukan penelitian analisis marketing mix 7P terhadap kafe masalalu Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan Analisis Kelayakan Bisnis terhadap penambahan outlet masalalu café yang akan dilakukan di daerah Bintaro.
According to data in 2019 the number of sales from food service in Indonesia expected to continue to experience growth with a Compunded Annual Growth Rate of 7%. This increase was driven by digital marketing word of mouth with digital applications such as Instagram. With such a high growth rate, it is certainly an opportunity for masalalu cafes to add outlets. Masalalu café wants to know the analysis of the investment that will be carried out in the expansion plan in Bintaro area. In this study, researchers will analyze using Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PBP), and Internal rate of return (IRR). To find out the estimated income from Masalalu, researchers will conduct a 7P marketing mix analysis of the Masalalu cafe. The purpose of this study is to provide an investment analysis of the addition of Masalalu café outlets to be conducted in the Bintaro area.
