"Proton pump inhibitor (PPI) is the strongest inhibitor to gastric acid secretion. PPI is effective in all gastric acid disorders, such as: peptic ulcer, gastroesofageal reflux disease, non steroid anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) gastropathy, and zollinger-ellison syndrome. Several studies comparing one PPI to another. Although some differences have been reported, there are small differences with unclear clinical importance. PPI has side effects that may be related to diarrhea due to clostridium difficile, pneumonia, hip fracture, vitamin b12 deficiency, and IgE mediated allergic reaction. Several studies revealed strong association but have limitation in design and sampel size. PPI therapy should be according to indication, dose, and appropriate period."

"Gas bumi merupakan alternatif yang dapat ditawarkan untuk menggantikan kekurangan bahan bakar akibat penurunan produksi minyak. Gas bumi dapat berperan sebagai bahan bakar yang cenderung leih bersih dan ketersediaannya berlimpah di Indonesia. Pada industri pengolahan gas alam, kandungan gas asam berupa CO2 dan H2S harus dihilangkan untuk memenuhi standar pipa dan spesifikasi produk. Proses penghilangan gas asam paling umum digunakan adalah absorpsi. Untuk dapat menjalankan proses dengan optimum, perlu diterpakan sistem pengendalian. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan pengendali MPC dan model ARX sebagai model empiris. Sebelumnya telah dilakukan penelitian dengan model FOPDT, sehingga nantinya akan dilakukan perbandingan kinerja pengendali pada kedua model. Dengan menggunakan model ARX didapatkan nilai RMSE 35-91% lebih kecil dibandingkan model FOPDT. Parameter pengendalian yang optimum berdasarkan hasil outpit response secara berturut-turut (P, M, dan T): (75, 25 dan 1) pada PIC-1101, (25, 10 dan 1) pada FIC-1102 dan (30, 25 dan 1) pada FIC-1103. Dan hasil akhir menunjukkan model ARX dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengendali dengan peningkatan nilai ISE sebesar 72-98% pada pengendalian disturbance dan 87% pada SPTracking.
Natural gas is an alternative that can be offered to replace the shortage of fuel due to decline in oil fuel production. Natural gas as a fuel tends to be cleaner and its availability is abundant in Indonesia. In the natural gas processing industry, the acid gas content in the form of CO2 and H2S must be removed to meet pipe standards and product specifications. The most used acid gas removal process is absorption. To be able to run the process optimally, it is necessary to apply a control system. This research will be conducted with MPC controller, and ARX model as empirical model. Previously, research with the FOPDT model has been carried out, so that later a comparison of the performance of the controllers in the two models will be carried out. By using the ARX model, the RMSE value is 35-91% smaller than the FOPDT model. Optimum control parameters based on the resulting of the output response sequentially (P, M, and T): (75, 25 and 1) on the PIC-1101, (25, 10 and 1) on the FIC-1102 and (30, 25 and 1) on the FIC – 1103. The final result shows that the ARX model can improve the performance of the controller by increasing the ISE value by 72-98% for disturbance control and 87% for SP tracking."
