Abstrak :
Gerakan Perubahan Pembelajaran Seni Rupa dari STSRI ASRI Yogyakarta menjadi ISI Yogyakarta, merupakan upaya penyesusaian dengan perkembangan dan situasi jaman. ISI Yogyakarta dalam melaksanakan operasinya sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi seni di tengah globalisasi melakukan pembenahan cara pembelajaran bersertakurikulumnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian sejarah yangmenggunakan metode penelitian sejarah. Penelitian ini merekonstruksi nilai filosofis penggabungan, merekonstruksi perkembangan ISI Yogyakarta dan merekonstruksi dinamika ISI Yogyakarta hingga 2014. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: arsip, surat-surat keputusan yang dikeluarkan lembaga, buku panduan dan silabus, brosur-brosur, foto-foto kegiatan maupun foto-foto karya mahasiswa pada kurun waktu 1968—2014. Hasil kajian menunjukkan dengan adanya gerakan pembaharuan dari STSRI ASRI menjadi ISI lebih efisien. Gerakan Pembaharuan tersebut juga mempererat kerja sama antarcabang seni; para mahasiswa saling mengenal dan menghargai bidang profesi masing-masing, dan menunjukan bahwa perubahan dari STSRI ASRI ke ISI pada tahun 1984 memiliki dampak positif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan seni rupa di Indonesia. ......Movement for the Change of Fine Arts Learning from STSRI ASRI Yogyakarta to ISI Yogyakarta, is an effort to address the development and situation of the times. ISI in carrying out its operations as an institution of higher education of art in a globalized world to reform the curriculum along the way learning. This research is historical research that uses historical research methods. This study reconstructs the philosophical value of the merger, reconstructs the development of ISI Yogyakarta and reconstructs the dynamics of ISI Yogyakarta to 2014. Sources of data in this study include: archives, decrees issued by institutions, handbooks and syllabus, brochures, activity photos and photographs of student work during the period 1968—2014. The results show that with the reform movement from STSRI ASRI to ISI is more efficient. The Reform Movement also strengthened inter-art collaborations; the students knew and appreciated each other's fields of profession, and showed that the change from STSRI ASRI to ISI in 1984 had a positive impact on the development of art education in Indonesia.
