Abstrak :
Perawat merupakan salah satu profesi yang berisiko mengalami distres. Distres pada perawat dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti pada arena individu (jenis kelamin, usia, status pekerjaan dan masa kerja), arena kerja (ketaksaan peran, konflik peran, pengembangan karir, hubungan interpersonal, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja), dan arena sosial (dukungan sosial dari supervisor dan dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja). Hal ini dapat memberikan dampak pada perawat seperti kelelahan, perilaku kasar, anxiety, peningkatan tekanan darah, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, penurunan efisiensi, dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengambarkan tingkat distres dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat distres pada perawat ruang perawatan di RSUD X Tembilahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada Mei-Agustus 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di ruang perawatan RSUD X Tembilahan. Distres diukur menggunakan kuesioner COPSOQ III dan NIOSH Generic Job. Data dianalisis menggunakan Chi-square dan regresi logistik ordinal. Ditemukan bahwa 28,9% perawat mengalami tingkat distres rendah,  68,9% perawat mengalami tingkat distress sedang, dan 2,2% perawat mengalami tingkat distress tinggi. Analisis regresi logistik ordinal menunjukkan bahwa perawat perempuan berisiko mengalami distres lebih tinggi dibandingkan perawat laki-laki (OR=4,03). Faktor risiko yang paling berpengaruh pada arena kerja dengan tingkat distress adalah konflik peran (OR=3,15) dan beban kerja (OR=3,8). Pengelolaan tingkat distres pada level organisasi dapat berupa melakukan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan peraturan mengenai hak pekerja perempuan, memperhatikan deskripsi pekerjaan dan sumber daya  manusia yang dibutuhkan, monitoring status kesehatan perawat, menyeimbangkan beban kerja dengan kapasitas kemampuan yang dimiliki perawat, dan mengupayakan sistem reward baik berupa materi maupun apresiasi terhadap hasil kerja untuk meningkatkan motivasi bagi perawat. Sedangkan pada level individu dapat berupa melaksanakan strategi perawatan diri yang sehat, work-life balance, dan melakukan relaksasi. Hal ini dibutuhkan untuk mencegah peningkatan tingkat distres pada perawat ruang perawatan di RSUD X Tembilahan. ......Nursing is one of the stressful professions. This can have an impact on nurses such as fatigue, harsh behavior, anxiety, increase of blood pressure, lack of self-confidence, decrease in efficiency, etc. This study aims to describe the level of distress and to analyze the factors affected with the level of distress on nurse in the treatment room at X Hospital Tembilahan. This study uses a cross-sectional study design that was conducted in May-August 2022. The population in this study were all inpatient nurse in X Hospital Tembilahan. The distress level is measured using the COPSOQ III and NIOSH Generic Job questionnaires. Data are analysed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression. such as in the individual arena (gender, age, employment status and years of service), the work arena (role ambiguity, role conflict, career development, interpersonal relationships, workload and work environment), and the social arena (social support from supervisors and social support from colleagues). This can have an impact on nurses such as fatigue, rude behavior, anxiety, increased blood pressure, lack of confidence, decreased efficiency, and others. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of distress and to analyze the factors that influence the level of distress in nurses in the treatment room at X Tembilahan Hospital. This study used a cross-sectional study design which was conducted in May - August 2022. The population in this study were all nurses in the X Tembilahan Hospital. Distress was measured using the COPSOQ III and NIOSH Generic Job questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi-square and ordinal logistic regression. It was found that 28.9% of nurses experienced low levels of distress, 68.9% of nurses experienced moderate levels of distress, and 2.2% of nurses experienced high levels of distress. Ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that female nurses had a higher risk of experiencing distress than male nurses (OR=4.03). The most influential risk factors in the work arena with a level of distress are role conflict (OR=3.15) and workload (3.8). Management of the level of distress at the organizational level can be in the form of supervising the implementation of regulations regarding the rights of women workers, paying attention to job descriptions and human resources needed, monitoring the health status of nurses, balancing the workload with the capacities of nurses, and pursuing a reward system in the form of material as well as appreciation of work results to increase motivation for nurses. Meanwhile, at the individual level, it can be in the form of implementing healthy self-care strategies, work-life balance, and relaxation. This is needed to prevent an increase in the level of distress in nurses in the treatment room at X Tembilahan Hospital.

Perawat merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang sangat beresiko mengalami burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan burnout dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Centre Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskripsi korelasi dengan responden sebanyak 110 orang yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner modifikasi Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan kuesioner Rivai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Burnout dengan Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Centre (p value = 0,018; α = 0,05). Tingkat burnout yang dialami perawat termasuk kategori sedang, dan kinerja yang dicapai oleh perawat dalam kategori kinerjanya baik, menggambarkan bahwa perawat bekerja secara profesional meskipun mengalami burnout tingkat sedang. Penelitian ini menyarankan rumah sakit agar memperhatikan tingkat kejenuhan untuk menghindari pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat.
Nurses are one of the professions vulnerable to burnout. This study aim is to determine the relationship between burnout and nurses work performance at Metropolitan Medical Centre Hospital, Jakarta. The research design of this study was descriptive-correlation with 110 samples selected using simple random sampling technique. Research instrument was modified Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Rivai Questionnaire. Study result showed a significant relationship between burnout and the work performance of nurses at Metropolitan Medical Centre Hospital (p value = 0,018; α = 0,05). Burnout level of nurses was moderate, and nurses showed good work performance. This finding suggested nurses work professionally despite the level of burnout was moderate. It is recommended to hospitals to regard the level of burnout to avoid influence on nurses work performance.

COVID-19 berdampak sangat signifikan pada kehidupan banyak orang dan mungkin memiliki efek buruk pada kesehatan mental. Kesejahteraan psikologis perawat menjadi perhatian utama di masa COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan strategi koping dengan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat. Desain penelitian ini cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 147 perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dukungan sosial MSPSS (Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support), strategi koping Ways of Coping dan kesejahteraan psikologis RSPWB (Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-Being). Analisis univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 49,7% kesejahteraan psikologis rendah dan 50,3% tinggi; 83,7% tingkat dukungan sosial yang tinggi dan 97,3% strategi problem focused coping. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (p 0,110), namun perawat yang mempersepsikan dukungan sosial tinggi mempunyai peluang memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi 2 kali dibandingkan perawat yang mempersepsikan dukungan sosial sedang setelah dikontrol variabel jenis kelamin (OR 2,354). Tidak ada hubungan strategi koping dengan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat (p 0,366). Perawat dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan cara pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan tenaga keperawatan seperti melanjutkan pendidikan keperawatan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan pelatihan berorientasi kognitif-perilaku serta mengikuti program berbasis kesadaran. ......COVID-19 has had a very significant impact on the lives of many people and may have adverse effects on mental health. Nurses' psychological well-being is a major concern during COVID-19. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between social support and coping strategies with nurses' psychological well-being. This research design is cross-sectional. Sampling used a total sampling technique with a total of 147 nurses. Data collection used the MSPSS (Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support) social support questionnaire, Ways of Coping coping strategies and RSPWB (Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being) psychological well-being. Univariate analysis, bivariate using chi square test and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression test. The results showed 49.7% low psychological well-being and 50.3% high; 83.7% high level of social support and 97.3% problem focused coping strategy. There was no relationship between social support and psychological well-being (p 0.110), but nurses who perceived high social support had 2 times the chance of having high psychological well-being compared to nurses who perceived moderate social support after controlling for gender variables (OR 2.354). There was no relationship between coping strategies and nurses' psychological well-being (p 0.366). Nurses can improve psychological well-being by means of continuous professional development of nursing personnel such as continuing nursing education to a higher level and cognitive-behavioral oriented training and participating in mindfulness-based programs.

Tuntutan kerja yang tinggi dapat menjadi faktor resiko stres kerja bagi perawat yang bekerja di ruang IGD. Mekanisme koping yang adaptif sangat penting bagi perawat dalam menghadapi masalah kerja yang terjadi. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres kerja dan mekanisme koping perawat IGD RS Husada. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah total populasi yaitu sebanyak 23 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan analisis univariat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 14 orang (60.9%) perawat di IGD mengalami tingkat stres kerja sedang dan perawat yang memiliki mekanisme koping adaptif berjumlah 14 orang (60,9%). Penelian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi perawat, sehingga perawat IGD memiliki mekanisme koping yang adaptif dalam menghadapi stres kerja di IGD. ......High work demands in Emergency Department may be the risk factor that increasing job stress for the nurses. The adaptive coping mechanism is an important thing to hold for nurses to face their problems at work. This descriptive research is made for identifiying the stage of job stress and coping mechanism in Husada Hospital Emergency Department nurses. The respondents of its research contains of 23 respondents in total population. The methode of analysis which applied in this research is univariat analysis. As the result, there are 14 nurses (60,9%) have a middle stage of job stress and 14 nurses have an adaptive coping mechanism. Hopefully, this research might be the reference for nurses, so they may have an adaptive coping mechanism that usefull for dealing with their job stress in Emergency Department.

Work-life balance, emotional exhaustion, dan komitmen afektif dapat memengaruhi in-role performance seorang pekerja. Profesi perawat memiliki potensi untuk memiliki permasalahan work-life balance dan kondisi emotional exhaustion karena banyak menghabiskan waktu di tempat kerja. Untuk dapat menjaga in-role performance dari para perawat, rumah sakit tempat perawat bekerja dapat mempertimbangkan untuk memberikan work-life balance dan meminimalisir terjadinya emotional exhaustion yang dialami perawat melalui penciptaan komitmen afektif para perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 195 perawat rumah sakit di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance dan penurunan emotional exhaustion untuk mencapai in-role performance dapat tercipta jika pengelola rumah sakit dapat membentuk komitmen afektif para perawat.
ABSTRACT
Work life balance, emotional exhaustion, and affective commitment can influence in role performance of a worker. Nurses has the potential to experience work life balance problems and emotional exhaustion conditions because they spend a lot of time at workplace. To maintain performance of the nurses, the hospital may consider to provide work life balances and minimizing the occurrence of emotional exhaustion experienced by nurses through the creation of affective commitment of the nurses. The sample in this study was 195 hospital nurses in D.I Province. Yogyakarta. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . The results showed that work life balance and decreased emotional exhaustion to achieve in role performance can be created if hospital managers can establish affective commitment of nurses.
