"[ABSTRAKTingginya angka kecelakaan kerja pada industri konstruksi masih menempatiposisi tertinggi di antara industri lainnya yang menyebabkan kinerja keselamatandan kesehatan kerja menurun. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterlibatan banyakpihak, diantaranya adalah subkontraktor, dimana internal perusahaan ini masihmemiliki manajemen yang kurang memadai. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahuifaktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pengadaan subkontraktor pada tahapperencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang mengacu pada PMBOK 2013 sebagai panduandengan metodologi yang spesifik, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja keselamatandan kesehatan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan studikasus. Data diolah dengan analisa statistik dan analisa faktor. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian ini peningkatan kinerja K3 didominasi oleh faktor integrasi yang baikuntuk memenuhi tuntutan kerjasama dalam aspek K3.

One reason is the involvement of manyparties, including subcontractors, where an internal company still have inadequatemanagement. Therefore, is need to know the dominant factors affecting theprocurement of subcontractors on planning and implementation process referringto the PMBOK 2013 as a guide to specific methodology, in order to increasesafety and health performance. "Skripsi ini membahas mengenai peranan Occupy Wall Street sebagai hegemoni tandingan terhadap hegemoni kelas penguasa di Amerika Serikat tahun 2011-2014. Kasus ini dianalisis menggunakan teori Gramsci yaitu perjuangan politik hegemoni tandingan. Munculnya hegemoni tandingan terhadap hegemoni neoliberalisme yaitu dikarenakan adanya krisis organik hegemoni. Hegemoni tandingan dalam bentuk OWS dilakukan melalui dua bentuk perjuangan politik, yaitu perang manuver dan perang posisi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa OWS berhasil mengorganisir kesadaran masyarakat dan membentuk ruang hegemoni melalui dua bentuk perjuangan politik, utamanya dengan penanaman nilai-nilai yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai dalam ideologi kelas penguasa hegemoni AS.

This undergraduate-thesis analyzes about Occupy Wall Street's (OWS) role as counter hegemony struggle on challenging the United States ruling class?s hegemony in 2011-2014. The OWS phenomenon is analyzed with Gramsci's concept of counter hegemony?s political struggles. OWS emerged in 2011 due to organic crisis in neoliberalism hegemony, which happened in 2008. There were two political struggles that they did to organize people?s consciousness, war of maneuver and war of position. This research finds that OWS did organized people?s consciousness and created hegemonic terrain within civil society through political struggles. They emphasized on promoting different values against the ruling class? values, in this case neoliberal's value."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis mengenai penyebab mobilisasi massa berskala nasional dalam penyebaran pergerakan populer Occupy Wall Street di Amerika Serikat (AS) yang dilakukan tanpa rencana organisasi dan terjadi dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Dengan berpijak pada penerimaan meme oleh masyarakat AS, maka fokus penelitian diarahkan pada tiga faktor, yaitu proses konstruksi pemikiran individu, analisa framing, dan peran mass-self communication. Melalui analisis dengan menelaah faktor-faktor tersebut, kita dapat mengetahui proses keputusan untuk melakukan aksi, faktor eksternal lain yang membantu penyebaran pergerakan, dan yang terpenting, menemukan jawaban di balik motivasi masyarakat untuk melakukan perlawanan melalui OWS.

ABSTRACTThis research is analyzing the causes of nationwide mass mobilization in the spreading of a popular movement, Occupy Wall Street, in the United States (US) that has taken place without organized planning and within a relatively short time. By grounded on the meme acceptance by the people, this research is focusing on three factors namely the process of one’s mind construction, framing analyses, and the role of mass-self communication. By analyzing those three factors, we can observe the decision process to carry out the action, external factors that help the spreading of such movement, and most importantly, understand the essential reason behind the people’s motivation to join OWS resistance movement."
