[ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas studi kelayakan finansial dari sistem parkir modern yang dikenal dengan nama Automated Vertical Parking, sebuah sistem parkir yang menggunakan bantuan mesin canggih untuk memarkirkan mobil pada suatu lahan yang jauh lebih kecil dari sistem parkir konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai IRR, NPV, dan Payback Period proyek. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa untuk membangun sebuah Automated Vertical Parking, diperlukan beberapa variabel penentu (jumlah kendaraan, inflasi, suku bunga) agar pembangunan bisa dinyatakan layak.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang formulasi kebijakan kenaikan tarif retribusi
parkir di tepi jalan umum di Kota Madiun. Formulasi kebijakan tersebut terjadi
disebabkan oleh perkembangan ekonomi Kota Madiun dan dinamika yang terjadi
di masyarakat Kota Madiun. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data secara studi
kepustakaan (library research) dan wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan teknik
analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kebijakan
kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di tepi jalan umum dilatarbelakangi oleh dorongan
untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), meningkatkan fasilitas dan
pelayanan parkir di tepi jalan umum kepada masyarakat, dan mengurangi
kepadatan lalu lintas Kota Madiun. Permasalahan yang timbul dari kebijakan
kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di tepi jalan umum di Kota Madiun antara lain
adalah adanya protes dari masyarakat tentang kenaikan tarif dikarenakan sebagian
besar Juru Parkir tidak memberikan karcis resmi, masih terdapat lokasi parkir di
tepi jalan umum yang ilegal, dan kurangnya pelayanan serta sarana dan prasarana
parkir di tepi jalan umum yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Madiun
......This study discusses the formulation of policy on the rate increase off-street
parking charges in Madiun City. That’s policy formulation occur caused by
development of the economic and a dinamycs that happen by people in Madiun
City. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to data collection
methods in the literature study and interviews are not structured in a qualitative
data analysis techniques. The results of this study stated that the policy rate
increase off-street parking charges motivated by the urge to raise revenue (PAD)
in Madiun City, to improve the facilities and off-street parking public service for
society, and to reduce the traffic line density in Madiun City. Problems arising
from the policy rate increace parking charge in Madiun include protests from the
public about the rate increase was due to a most of Parker not give the official
parking tiket, there are persistence of the illegal off-street parking zone, and a
lack of services and facilities provided by the Madiun City Government.

Smoke is the real threat in a fire in an enclosed, underground parking garage, and is a significant issue and very critical for firefighters dealing with fire. Special attention should be paid to fire safety, especially for those with multiple floors underground. A model of the smoke movement in a basement was established using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) 6.0 software. In this paper, the study undertaken used a basement model of 60 m (length) × 30 m (width) × 3 m (height) and has three typical floors. Smoke ventilation shafts were provided for the basement. A well-controlled liquid pool fire with a heat release rate (HRR) of 2 MW was used as an input parameter. The ventilation strategy was achieved through a mechanical exhaust fans and make-up air fans. The required ventilation was based on the air changing ten times per hour. The following parameters were varied: the location of the fire, the presence or absence of sprinklers, the presence or absence of a smoke-extraction system, the presence or absence of openings for incoming air, and the presence or absence of a jet fan and ducting. The impact of jet fans (induction type) was also addressed in several simulations. Smoke modeling was investigated under different fire scenarios. Simulations were conducted for smoke and heat control using forced, mechanical, horizontal ventilation. When the combination of a jet fan and ducting was applied, the fastest time for smoke removal was achieved compared to the other scenarios.
