Abstrak :
Volatilitas Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) meningkat signifikan pada periode pandemi Covid-19. Pada periode ini return predictability dan volatilitas harga pada index saham mengalami single structural break. Terdapat kekhawatiran pada kalangan investor dan akademisi bahwa model pendekatan dari asset pricing yang selama ini secara empiris diterima, tidak mampu menjelaskan return maupun excess return dari suatu aset atau investasi pada periode pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menguji signifikansi faktor size (market capitalization),  profitability, value (book-to-market), investment, dan market risk premium (Rm-Rf) terhadap excess return portofolio saham pada Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode pandemi Covid-19. Studi awal menunjukkan bahwa Pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi sentimen investor, menyebabkan para investor panik serta pesimis terhadap investasinya. Selain itu, terdapat deviasi dari efficient market hypothesis selama beberapa periode pandemi di beberapa negara sehingga harga saham tidak sepenuhnya mencerminkan informasi yang tersedia. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, ditemukan bahwa faktor size (market capitalization),  profitability, value (book-to-market), investment, dan market risk premium (Rm-Rf) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap excess return portofolio saham pada Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode pandemi Covid-19. ......The volatility of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) increased significantly during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this period, return predictability and price volatility on the stock index experienced a single structural break. There is concern among investors and academics that the asset pricing model that has been empirically accepted is not able to explain the return or excess return of an asset or investment during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study examines the significance of factor size (market capitalization), profitability, value (book-to-market), investment, and market risk premium (Rm-Rf) for the excess return of stock portfolios on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic period. Preliminary studies show that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected investor sentiment, causing investors to panic and be pessimistic about their investments. In addition, there were deviations from the efficient market hypothesis during several pandemic periods in several countries so that stock prices did not fully reflect the available information. After testing, it is found that the factor size (market capitalization), profitability, value (book-to-market), investment, and market risk premium (Rm-Rf) did not have a significant effect on the excess return on stock portfolios on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the pandemic Covid-19 period.

ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai perancangan harga jual serta upaya peningkatan efisiensi tenaga kerja untuk meningkatkan laba Vanilla, suatu UMKM yang usahanya bergerak di bidang konveksi busana muslim. Pemetaan kondisi Vanilla memperlihatkan adanya banyak gap antara bobot pentingnya permasalahan dengan kinerja Vanilla saat ini. Tujuan dari business coaching ini adalah bagaimana merancang harga jual dan bagaimana meningkatkan efisiensi tenaga kerja agar laba Vanilla dapat meningkat. Usulan yang diajukan terkait tujuan pertama adalah membuat alat bantu untuk merancang harga jual dan membuat alat bantu untuk mengevaluasi harga jual model lama yang telah memperhitungkan seluruh biaya serta membuat strategi untuk setiap kategori harga. Usulan yang diajukan terkait tujuan kedua adalah membuat model baru lebih sering yang sesuai minat pasar, melakukan perubahan pembagian kerja beberapa bagian, dan meningkatkan volume produksi dengan optimalisasi tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kualitatif dan total quality management. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah usulan yang diajukan terkait tujuan pertama sudah dilakukan 50% - 100%, tetapi terkait tujuan kedua baru dapat dilakukan sebagian.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses development of pricing strategy as well as efforts to improve labor efficiency in order to increase profits of Vanilla, an SME engaged in Muslim fashion convection. The mapping of Vanilla?s conditions indicated a big gap between the importance of the problems with the current performance of Vanilla. The objectives of this business coaching are to develop pricing strategy and to improve labor efficiency so that Vanilla?s profit can increase. The recommendations for the first objective are to create tools for pricing strategy development and tools to evaluate the existing pricing model which has taken into account all costs as well as to develop strategy for each price category. The recommendations related to the second obje ctive are to design new models more frequently according to the market interest, to modify work allocation of several sections, and to increase production volume through labor optimization. Those objectives are analyzed using two methods: qualitative data analysis and total quality management. The conclusion of this research is the reccomendations have been implemented 50% - 100% for the first objective while the recommendations for the second objective have only been partially implemented
