Pusaka Tradisi ibu, Which oriented to serve the low mediate Moslem consumer and already hold a certificate of Halal from LPPOM MUI and have been registered on Indonesian Department of Health.Within the effort to increase the quality of the Wardah cosmetics is a necessary to find out the preference of the potential customer by survey and research until the effort for the product development quality result can be focused to increasing the customer satisfactions, while the quality is also a key of success to facing and winning the competition.Based on level of product satisfaction and level of importance about the product quality, it Is indeed so have degree of discrepancy and the weakness factor from the product. To reach an improvement direction and increasing the Wardah cosmetic quality appropriate with the expectation and perception customer, then the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method can be used. This method can be implementation for the customer requirements inside the product attribute, and then translated on the House of Quality (HOQ). From this analysis will give a focus to do an improvement about the product quality attribute, also can be a company consideration on doing the development priority in a technical manner or non - technical manner for increasing the product quality."

"ABSTRAKProsedur pengelasan adalah suatu cara yang baik untuk dipergunakan pada industri-industri terhadap suatu produk yang memerlukan pekerjaan pengelasan. Dengan melalui prosedur yang tepat dan benar hasil pengelasan dapat dijamin akan memenuhi persyaratan mutu standar yang ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu didalam meningkatkan mutu produk mesin perkakas Stama Mc520 - X2500 dilakukan dengan membuat suatu prosedur kerja dan Standarisasi Proses Pengelasan terhadap pembuatan konstruksi " Bed base " nya, yaitu suatu rancangan pelaksanaan pengelasan yang juga diatur oleh standar tertentu. Sebagai langkah awal ditentukan standar ASME section IX edisi tahun 1983 sebagai langkah acuan, kemudian dilakukan pengamatan terhadap jenis proses las yang digunakan, urutan perakitan dan variable-variable yang akan berpengaruh, yang antara lain meliputi penentuan logam pengisi, tebal lasan, posisi pengelasan, kecepatan pengelasan serta perlakuan panas setelah pengelasan. Metode pemecahan masalah yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah metode standar operasi prosedur. Dengan pendekatan metode ini dapat ditentukan,langkah-langkah urutan perakitan yang paling efisien, serta dapat ditentukan suatu standar prosedur pengelasan yang tepat. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu urutan proses perakitan untuk pengelasan " Fled base " yang dapat digunakan agar cacat-cacat akibat pengelasan dapat dihindari. Adapun teknik atau metode pengelasan yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik MAG, TIG dan SMAW. Namun demikian dari pengamatan diperoleh bahwa metode las busur gas dengan elektroda terumpan ( MAG ) lebih produktif dibandingkan dengan jenis proses las busur gas elektroda tak terumpan ( TIC ) maupun las busur listrik elektroda terbungkus manual ( SMAW ).

ABSTRACTK

Welding procedure is a good way to be used in welding industries. Through accurate procedure the welding result is guaranteed to achieve standard quality.To improve the quality of Stama Mc 520 - X2500 tool machine, in bed base construction the work procedure and welding process standardization, a welding design based on certain standard is made. ASME standard section IX 1983 edition as the first step is used, then observation is done towards the welding machine used, assembly order and influenced variables, which include identifying the electrode, the dimension, welding position, welding speed and post weld heat treatment. The solving problem method used in this research is standard operation procedure. With this method the most efficient assembly steps and an accurate welding procedure standard are able to be identified. From this research a process of assembly steps for bed base welding which can be used to avoid welding defects is got. The technics or methods used are NAG, TIG and SMAW. But Metal Arc Gas ( MAG ) is more productive than Tungsten Inert Gas ( TIG ) or Shielded Metal Arc Welding ( SMAW )."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Output Produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah hasil Survei Usaha Terintegrasi (SUSI) Tahun 2005 yang respondennya para pemilik usahanya. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik regresi linier berganda. Data menunjukkan bahwa sektor usaha yang paling banyak setelah usaha perdagangan adalah kategori usaha I (transportasi pergudangan dan komunikasi), diantaranya para tukang ojek dan supir. PT. KTH has carried out a special review procedure to ensure that the sales amount used in the revenue entitlement process is accurate and has a valid existence. In general, PT. "ABSTRACTThis research work assesses quality-related problem in Ethiopian garment enterprises in order to develop an applicable quality improvement model to improve the overall performance of the sector. A sample of 11 garment enterprises was taken considering the unexpected response rate, requirements for performing statistical analysis, available time, and survey cost. Primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed to identify quality-related problems of the sector using a well-structured questionnaire, interviews, personal observations, and review of previous works. The study performs a preliminary gap analysis is made by considering a case study to investigate the quality associated costs and apply SQC tools to identify the potential areas of improvements. Then, a quality improvement model is developed along with primary steps to implement the model to improve the competitiveness of the sector."
