Abstrak :
Kemajuan Teknologi yang sangat cepat saat ini telah merubah sifat dan bentuk pekerjaan, yang selanjutnya dapat memberikan dampak positif dan negatif yang lebih banyak lagi. Oleh karena itu pekerja dituntut dapat mengikuti perkembangan yang ada, dengan selalu menambah wawasan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaannya, termasuk pengetahuan terhadap perlindungan dirinya dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan pekerja PT. X terhadap alat pelindung diri berdasarkan karakteristik responden antara lain; umur, lama bekerja, pendidikan terakhir, jenis pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan variabel pengetahuan tentang bahaya dan risiko di tempat kerja, pengetahuan tentang manfaat alat pelindung diri, pengetahuan tentang penggunaan alat pelindung diri, pengetahuan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure yang ada, fasilitas yang disediakan perusahaan terhadap penggunaan alat pelindung diri, pengetahuan tentang pengawasan penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Disain penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang menghasilkan hasil akhir metode penelitian ini berupa deskriptif detail, yang didapatkan dari sembilan informan dari 20 orang jumlah pupulasi yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa beberapa informan yang merupakan pekerja dari PT.X mengetahui alat pelindung diri. ......Technology advances very quickly when it has changed the nature and forms of employment, which in turn can provide positive and negative impacts are even more. The design of this study used qualitative case study design that produces the final result of this research method in the form of descriptive detail, obtained from nine informants from 20 people population existing number. Dengan hanya menggunakan kurva-s, kita tidak dapat memprediksi produktivitas pada suatu pekerjaan yang berulang maka dari itulah, diperlukan sebuah metode penjadwalan yang tepat yaitu learning curve. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah learning curve dapat digunakan secara akurat untuk memprediksi produktivitas kerja dari unit selanjutnya dengan mengaplikasikan prinsip tersebut kepada pengecoran kolom pada pembangunan proyek apartemen L.A City. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa teori learning curve ini tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terdapat di lapangan. Banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi teori tersebut termasuk kondisi cuaca, kombinasi pekerja dan penundaan yang terjadi. ...... By simply using the s-curve, productivity on a repetitive work cannot be predicted, and because of that, a proper scheduling method like learning curve is required. The goal of this research is to determine whether the learning curve can be used to accurately predict the next unit of work productivity by applying those principles to the column casting in the development of L.A City. The result of this survey shows that this learning curve theory does not correspond to the reality in the field. Many factors that affect the theory including weather condition, crew members and delays.

Studi ini mempelajari pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dari tenaga kerja sektor formal di DKI Jakarta yang terdampak kebijakan work from home karena adanya pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini juga mempelajari pengaruh dari variabel pendidikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang didapat dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online (Gform) melalui media sosial. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berasosiasi secara positif dengan produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. ......This study examines the influence of discipline and work motivation on the work productivity of formal sector labor in DKI Jakarta who are affected by the work from home policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study also examines the effect of the education variable on work discipline and work motivation. The method used is the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) analysis method. The data used are primary data collected from distributing online questionnaires (Gform) through social media. The results of the study show that work discipline and work motivation are positively associated with work productivity. Moreover, the level of education has a positive effect on work discipline and work motivation.
