"Karya ilmiah akhir ini membahas masalah keperawatan kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan khususnya aggregat lansia yang tinggal di panti werdha. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah akhir Ners ini adalah untuk menganilisis asuhan keperawatan kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan pada Bapak S dengan masalah risiko jatuh di Wisma Cempaka Sasana Tresna Werdha Karya Bhakti Cibubur. Intervensi inovasi yang diberikan kepada Bapak S adalah penggunaan Alat Bantu Jalan yang sesuai kondisi fisiknya. Hasil intervensi inovatif yang dilakukan adalah bahwa Bapak S diberikan alat bantu jalan berupa tongkat tetapi kurang sesuai sehingga dianjurkan untuk diberikan alternatif alat bantu jalan yang lain yaitu walker tipe front wheel.

This paper addresses the problem of public health nursing in particular aggregate urban elderly living ini nursing homes. As the purpose of this paper is to analyzing nursing care in urban health problem to Mr S (92 years old) which have risk of falling in Wisma Cempaka Tresna Werdha Karya Bhakti Cibubur. The inovative interventions provided by author to Mr S is the use of assistive devices according to the physical condition. The result of this inovative intervention is Mr S was given a cane tipe quardipoid cane, but this tipe is not appropriate for him because of his condition. That why author recommanded to be given an alternative assisteve advices like walker especially walker tipe front wheel."
