Abstrak :
Penelitian ini menganalisa dampak kompetisi industri perbankan terhadap penyaluran kredit dan suku bunga kredit usaha UMKM di tiap provinsi Indonesia periode tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2018. Banyak studi empiris yang menyatakan bahwa tingkat kompetisi berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua ukuran kompetisi yaitu concentration ratio dan Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, namun hasil dari kedua ukuran tersebut berbeda terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM. Adapun, kompetisi industri perbankan tidak berpengaruh terhadap suku bunga kredit UMKM. Hal ini mendukung penelitian sebelumnya yang mempertimbangkan contestability dalam industri perbankan sebagai ukuran kompetisi dan adanya rigiditas perubahan suku bunga kredit dalam pasar yang berkonsentrasi tinggi. ......This paper address the affect of banking industry competition on credit distribution and interest rates for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia during the period of 2013 until 2018. Many studies has proven that competition in bank level affect the credit distribution. This study uses two competition measures namely concentration ratio and the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, but the results of the two measures differ from the distribution of MSME loans. Meanwhile, the banking industry competition has no effect on MSME credit interest rates. This supports previous research that considers contestability in the banking industry as a measure of competition and the rigidity of changes in lending rates in highly concentrated markets.

Abstrak :
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memberi kontribusi positif dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Namun demikian, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa terdapat hambatan dan kendala yang dialami UMKM dalam perjalanan usahanya. Begitu pun yang terjadi pada NA Production House, salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi barang-barang perlengkapan ulang tahun dan acara-acara perayaan pesta. Adapun metode business coaching, penelitian kualitatif, digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan permasalahan yang sebenarnya pada UMKM, kemudian melakukan tindakan yang disepakati sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Setelah melakukan beberapa analisa eksternal dan internal, dengan metode analisis berupa BMC, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, STP, Bauran Pemasaran, Keuangan, wawancara dan observasi, terungkap beberapa kendala yang dihadapi UMKM. Analisis Kesenjangan dan analisis Pareto menegaskan dua permasalahan yang paling penting, yakni tidak adanya sistem pelaporan keuangan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Produksi yang terstruktur pada UMKM. Untuk itu, solusi yang dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini ialah dengan membuat Laporan Keuangan Sederhana agar UMKM dapat menganalisa kinerja keuangan dan membuat keputusan bisnis ke depan dan membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Produksi sebagai pedoman untuk karyawan mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya secara tepat waktu. Hasil implementasi business coaching ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM memiliki profitabilitas signifikan untuk pengembangan kapasitas produksinya dan proses pengerjaan barang menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif dengan diterapkannya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Produksi. ......Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make a positive contribution to the economy in Indonesia. However, it does not rule out that there are problems and obstacles experienced by MSMEs in their business journey. Likewise, what happened to NA Production House, one of the MSMEs which is engaged in the production of birthday supplies and party celebration events. The business coaching method, qualitative research, is used to find out the actual conditions and problems of MSMEs, then take the agreed upon actions as a solution to overcome these problems. After conducting several external and internal analysis, using analytical methods in the form of BMC, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, STP, Marketing Mix, Finance, interviews and observations, some of the obstacles faced by MSMEs were revealed. Gap analysis and Pareto analysis emphasize the two most important problems, namely the absence of a financial reporting system and a structured Production Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in MSMEs. For this reason, the solution that can be given to overcome this problem is to make simple financial reports so that MSMEs can analyze financial performance and make future business decisions and make Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a guide for employees to carry out their duties and responsibilities in a timely manner. The results of the implementation of business coaching show that MSMEs have significant profitability for the development of their production capacity and the process of working goods becomes more efficient and effective with the application of Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
