Oleh karenaya, pengaturan yang efisien terhadap sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sangatlah penting demi kelangsungan operasional perusahaan, terutama dalam hal yang menyangkut pemberdayaan karyawan-karyawan yang sudah lama bekerja di Deutsche Bank.
