"Injeksi gas panas terhadap aliran resirkulasi pada backward-facing step mempunyai efek yang signifikan terhadap medan distribusi temperatur di dalam aliran resirkulasi, khususnya dengan 3 variasi parameter, yaitu: temperatur injeksi, perbandingan momentum spesifik, dan letak injeksi. Eksperimen dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan fungsi data logger dalam pengambilan data temperatur rata-rata dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada injeksi dekat sisi step (If= 2H) injeksi gas panas memberi kan efek penting terhadap kondisi upstream dan downstream meskipun tidak dengan persentase yang sama pada seluruh variasi parameter. Fenomena ini berbeda dengan yang teljadi pada injeksi dekat dengan reattachment point (If = 4H). Pada kondisi ini, sebagian besar panas yang dibawa oleh injeksi akan terdistribusi ke arah downstream karena pengaruh blowing effect terhadap aliran resirkulasi lebih kuat.

Hot gas injection through the recirculation zone in a backward-facing step has a significant effect to the temperature distribution in recirculation flow, especially with three parameters variations, i.e. temperature, specific momentum ratio, and injection location. The present experimental work uses data logger for obtaining mean temperature in specific range of time. Investigation result shows that for injection location near the step (lf = 2H) hot gas injection gives a remarkable effect to the upstream and downstream condition, although not in equal percentage for all parameter variation. This phenomenon is quite different to that found in case of injection location near reattachment point (If = 4H). In this condition, most of the not gas contained in the injection will distribute to the clown stream due to stronger blowing effect of free stream to the recirculation flow."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang keekonomian pengembangan sumur-sumur tua minyak bumi dan manfaat pengusahaan sumur tua terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar sumur tua di Cepu. Sesuai Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 001 Tahun 2008 tentang Pedoman Pengusahaan Pertambangan Minyak Bumi Pada Sumur Tua, yang diberikan izin untuk melakukan pengusahaan sumur-sumur tua minyak tersebut adalah Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) dan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD). Untuk mengusahakan sumur tua KUD dan BUMD membutuhkan investasi untuk pembersihan sumur tua dan pemroduksiannya.
Penelitian ini menghitung keekonomian pengusahaan sumur tua dengan menggunakan skenario asumsi harga jual minyak Rp 4.160,-/L dan Rp 3.698,-/L dan variasi jumlah sumur tua yang diproduksikan. Penghitungan dilakukan pada keekonomian produksi sumur tua di setiap KUD dan BUMD serta keekonomian pengusahaan sumur tua secara umum.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua KUD dan BUMD menghasilkan keuntungan yang cukup untuk mengembalikan investasi yang telah dikeluarkan. Dengan asumsi harga jual minyak Rp 4.160,-/L maka produksi minimal per sumur tua yang dapat memberikan keuntungan adalah sebesar ± 2 bbl/hari, sedangkan menggunakan asumsi harga jual minyak Rp 3.698,-/L maka produksi minimal per sumur tua yang dapat memberikan keuntungan adalah sebesar ± 3,5 bbl/hari. Manfaat pengusahaan sumur tua bagi masyarakat adalah terbukanya lapangan kerja dan usaha serta peningkatan pendapatan.
Dalam pemroduksian sumur tua direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan metode timba, dikarenakan metode tersebut dapat membuka lapangan kerja dan usaha yang cukup banyak dimana sesuai dengan semangat pengelolaan sumur tua yaitu memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar.

This thesis discusses the economic development of old oil wells and benefit concessions old oil wells on the economy of the community around the in Cepu. According to the Regulation of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 001 of 2008 on Guidelines for Oil Mining Concessions In Old Oil Wells, who was given permission to do the exploitation of old oil wells is the Village Unit Cooperatives (cooperatives) and the Regional Owned Enterprises (enterprises). To commercialize old wells, cooperatives and enterprises requires investment for cleaning old oil wells and producing oil.
This study calculates the economic exploitation of old oil wells using a scenario assuming oil prices of Rp 4,160,-/L and Rp 3,698,-/L and the variation of the number of old oil wells that produced. Calculations performed on the economics of production of old oil wells in each cooperatives and enterprises as well as the economic exploitation of the old well in general.
The results showed that not all cooperatives and enterprises generate enough profit to return the investments made. Assuming oil selling price of Rp 4,160,-/L, the minimum oil production per well who can provide benefits is equal to ± 2 bbl/day, while using the assumption of oil selling price of Rp 3.698,-/ L, the minimum oil production per well who can provide benefits is equal to ± 3.5 bbl/day. Benefits for the community concession old well is work opportunities and businesses as well as increased revenue.
In producing old oil wells is recommended to use the bucket method, because the method can create jobs and business in accordance with the spirit in which the management of old oil wells that empower local communities.

"[ABSTRAK
PT. Sabang Geothermal Energi (PT. SGE) akan melakukan pemboran 2 sumur panas
bumi pada WKP Jaboi untuk pembangkitan energi listrik 2 x 5 MW sehingga
diperlukan penentuan lokasi sumur dan target pemboran yang diperkirakan dapat
menghasilkan output uap yang maksimal. Dengan metode CSAMT yang ditunjang
metode Gaya Berat akan dilakukan penelitian untuk mencari lokasi zona-zona produksi
pada WKP Jaboi. Pemodelan terhadap data resistivitas batuan dari pengukuran dengan
metode CSAMT yang dikombinasikan dengan pemodelan Gaya Berat, geologi dan
hidrologi akan memberikan gambaran zona-zona produksi tersebut. Pemodelan
dilakukan dengan model 2D menggunakan software WinGlinkTM. Penentuan lokasi dan
target pemboran yang tepat dapat mengurangi investasi yang diperlukan oleh PT. SGE
secara signifikan sehingga memberikan tingkat pengembalian investasi yang lebih baik
untuk proyek panas bumi pada WKP Jaboi.

combined with gravity modeling, geology, and hydrology will provide an overview of

software. Precise determination of location and drilling targets will reduce the necessary
investment by PT SGE significantly, so as to provide the return on investment that is

"Gas bumi merupakan energi primer ketiga di Indonesia. Permintaan gas bumi cenderung meningkat sementara cadangan gas ditemukan berkurang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelaksanaan pengeboran lapangan gas dalam rangka penemuan cadangan gas dan peningkatan produksi gas bumi Indonesia. Mengingat investasi pengeboran lapangan membutuhkan biaya yang besar, maka perlu dilakukan analisis struktur biaya pengeboran lapangan gas agar didapatkan perencanaan dan penganggaran biaya yang optimal. Selain keekonomian proyek sumur, analisis struktur biaya pengeboran suatu lapangan biasanya dilakukan hanya melalui pendekatan aktual biaya per kedalaman sumur (cost per feet) atau biaya per hari kemajuan (cost per day). Pada penelitian ini, analisis struktur biaya dilakukan dengan pendekatan pertimbangkan kejadian-kejadian yang telah dilaksanakan pada pengeboran sebelumnya berupa hazard atau hambatan dan Non productive Time (NPT) yang terjadi pada operasi pengeboran sebelumnya. Simulasi hari operasi pengeboran sumur memberikan proyeksi penyelesaian pekerjaan dalam kurun waktu selama 68 hari operasi dari rencana 52.43 hari. Sedangkan simulasi biaya pengeboran sumur gas mengacu prediksi kemungkinan terjadinya perubahan hari operasi dan perubahan harga satuan komponen jasa dan material pengeboran memberikan forecast biaya sebesar US$ 11,598,146.91 dari rencana US$ 9,445,206.71. Dengan hasil simulasi biaya tersebut, simulasi keekonomian sumur pengeboran masih ekonomis ditandai dengan parameter POT = 0.89 tahun, PI = 1.04, NPV (US$) = 421 dan IRR (%) 15.9, meskipun ditengah ketidakpastian kondisi harga migas saat ini dan peluang pencapaian hasil produksi. Sensitifitas biaya pengeboran menunjukkan bahwa perubahan harga komponen THO Rig, Directional Drilling, Solar, Mud Chemical dan Hari operasi rig memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap biaya pengeboran. Sensitifitas keekonomian sumur dipengaruhi secara dominan oleh parameter harga gas, harga minyak, laju alir gas, laju alir minyak dan biaya THO rig. Simulasi dapat digunakan sebagai acuan perencanaan hari operasi dan penganggaran sumur gas di wilayah jawa dengan kompleksitas masalah yang mirip dan ditengah kondisi yang tidak pasti serta dapat digunakan untuk menentukan pemilihan atau screening pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja (RK) sumur.

Natural gas is the third of primary energy in Indonesia. Demand for natural gas is likely increase as the gas reserves are found reduced. Therefore we need a gas field drilling in order to discover gas reserves and increase natural gas production in Indonesia. Considering drilling investment entails substantial costs, it is necessary to analyze the cost structure of the gas field drilling in order to obtain optimal cost in planning and budgeting. In addition to the well project economics, the analysis of the cost structure of drilling is usually done only through actual approach from cost per depth (cost per feet) or cost per day data. In this study, analysis of the cost structure is done with the approach consider the events that have been implemented in the previous drilling in the form of hazard or obstacles and non-productive time (NPT) that occurred in the previous drilling operation. Simulating the operation of drilling days, the work completed during 68 days of the plan 52.43 days. While the cost of drilling a gas well simulation predictions referring to the possibility of changes in the operations and changes in unit prices of components and materials drilling services provide forecast cost of US $ 11,598,146.91 of the planned US $ 9,445,206.71. With the simulation results such costs, simulating the economics of drilling wells are still economically characterized by parameters POT = 0.89 years, PI = 1:04, NPV (US $) = 421 and IRR (%) 15.9, although amid uncertainty in the price of oil today and the opportunities achievement production. The sensitivity of the cost of drilling showed that changes in the price of components THO Rig, Directional Drilling, Solar, Mud Chemical and rig operating days had a significant impact on the cost of drilling. The economic sensitivity of wells affected predominantly by the parameters of the gas price, the price of oil, gas flow rate, oil flow rate and the cost of rig. Simulations can be used as a reference for the planning and budgeting operation of gas wells in the area of Java with the complexity of similar problems and amid uncertain conditions and can be used to determine the selection or screening the implementation of the Work Plan."
